Great and friendly service at all times, not to mention outstanding sandwiches! One gentleman, whose name I do not know, is a rock star there and is clearly the glue that holds the place together. Always greets you, wears glasses and has his hair tied back often. Maybe the manager? Never a disappointment!

Slow, didn’t acknowledge me at any point. People working had time to hug each other (with food prep gloves still on) but had no sense of urgency making orders.

I love Firehouse subs and today was Avery bad experience. I called in an order and they said I can use my rewards for 12 days of Christmas got to the restaurant and they would not let me use my rewards . This was the Manager…… Lost 2 Customers sorry but not sorry

I love the sandwiches here. The meatball sub is the bestest!!!

I placed a mobile order for two subs, and despite there being only one person behind the counter and multiple customers ahead of me, my order came out incredibly fast. While sitting outside enjoying my lunch, I couldn’t help but watch the gentleman behind the counter, who was working tirelessly at peak performance, assisting customers and completing orders. Between customers, he quickly sprinted to take out the trash, resanitized his hands, and even checked in on the other employee who was cleaning to offer assistance. His work ethic was truly remarkable and the store was spotless.

Not only was his dedication impressive, but the food was spot on. Both subs were made perfectly and far exceeded expectations. After finishing my meal, I went to thank the employee, only to realize he was the manager – Kane. Kane is an outstanding example of a great leader with excellent time management and leadership skills. He handled everything with such precision and care, and it was clear that he truly cares about both his customers and his team. Kane is an asset to this location and a shining example of the brand’s values. I highly recommend this location!

Food was great, as always. Service was friendly and fast. I gave 3 stars because if how unsanitary the ceiling looked on my visit. (Over the cooking and prep area as well as all over the restaurant).

As you enter you can immediately tell the flavor is a favorite for the locals and I could not disagree. I loved every ingredient of my Italian whole wheat bread sandwich and I loved all the design, decor and thought invested into the feel of the interior. The decor topic is really cute, thoughtful and honorable. And the sandwich was delicious and next time I would get it with a salad (friendly staff also let me know they had salads which I did not know). Excellent choice to be at and eat.
