The food was hot and fresh, the tea was delicious, and the customer service was TOP TIER even though they were extremely busy. Danielle (the manager) has always been so nice and helpful.

Love Firehouse Subs but this location needs some attention. The staff here, the night we went anyway, was not the usual greet you as you come in, the orders were all behind, our order was ready 15-20 minutes past the time given through the app and n one behind the counter could answer any questions for some reason. I dont know maybe an off night but I'll stick with our normal location in Goodlettsville.

I love the food at Firehouse subs, but am always disappointed by the wait times, especially at this location.

Yesterday when I walked in there were 4 employees working, no line to order, and no other people waiting.

I was optimistic that things would go quicker than usual, but it still took almost 25 minutes to get a single sandwich.

The wait times are very frustrating, and I wish the team would optimize for speed a little more.

I had a disappointing experience at the Firehouse Subs in Hendersonville, TN around 8:00 sunday 5/18/25. My order took much longer than expected, which is unacceptable for a quick service restaurant. On top of that, the customer service was lacking staff ignored my greeting, and some employees were laughing in a way that felt unprofessional. One employee, a red haired girl who resembled Little Red Riding Hood, seemed to find something amusing, but in reality, it was just her lack of professionalism. Customers should be acknowledged and treated with respect, and staff especially the employee cleaning up should receive proper training on customer service. Simply looking at a customer and walking away without saying anything is not acceptable. Employees should be attentive and focused on providing good service. Unfortunately, this visit left me feeling unwelcome, and I won’t be returning to Firehouse Subs in the future.
