DoorDash driver here… went in to pick up a delivery and was told their system was down which I understand is not their fault. All I needed was for them to write “DoorDash” closed on a piece of paper so I could get paid for my time but the manager did not care saying “I’m too busy for your problems” so I had no choice but to leave and be unpaid for about 20 minutes of my work day. Firehouse just lost two customers (me and my girlfriend) that ate there twice a week because of that managers lack of respect for someone just trying to do my job

This was my first time at Firehouse Subs. I've heard a lot of good things! I got some kind of Cajun chicken sub and it was soooo good! I absolutely love how they give back to the local firefighters. That is worth going for. I will definitely be back!

Hate that I had such a bad experience tonight as I really like Firehouse. Showed up around 820 (closes at 9) to grab some subs to go. The moment we walked in the man with curly hair made it apparent he didn’t want any more customers. As I started to order he rushed me to the point it was uncomfortable and replying “what else” like a bolt of lightning as soon as I finished every order. It was just rude to the point I asked him “do you not want us to be here”. He laughed/smiled and said “i just have a lot more to do”, implying closing the store. I get it. It’s not ideal to make 2 small subs and Mac and cheese to go 40min till close. My daughter told me when I turned my back he made a face at me. I’ve worked in the service industry once upon a time and hated my job too. Kindness goes a long way and maybe he was just having a bad night but the customer service was so bad…hope it gets better. I’ll be staying away from that store :(

I usually eat here at least once a week. Love their subs but why won’t the manager give me a senior discount on Senior Tuesday? I ordered a combo for my husband and a sandwich for me and he just wanted to argue and never did give me the senior discount for my husbands combo. NOT RIGHT!!!

You may never eat at "Subway" again!I would highly recommend the "Firehouse Hero Sub." (Definitely my favorite)Their Firehouse Rewards Program contain some really nice perks that are easily accumulated under your phone number, so it's easy to remember. No membership card sign-up is needed, but the app may be required to utilize keeping up with rewards points and online ordering and such. It's definitely user-friendly and easy to navigate. Also highly recommended.

The curly haired man, who I assume is the manager, is unpleasant which is unfortunate as the food is so good. We often order lunch for our entire staff at this location and will now explore other options.

On Sunday my husband son and I all got a sandwich meal. My son's grilled cheese was so burnt and they forgot the rice kripsy! The drink machine was a long wait because they were very busy but my son couldn't eat his meal! the other two sandwiches were wonderful

Went for lunch today. Ordered two sandwiches to go. Hook and Ladder with no onions and Sorenson sauce and a meatball sub on white bread. It took 20 minutes to get the order. Hook and Ladder was filled with onions, there was no sauce and the meatball sub was on wheat bread. It was a small and a medium sandwich for 20.00. No napkins in the bag either. No thanks.
