Took my team for breakfast and couldn’t wait to leave. Service was weak, no refills on drinks, didn’t check on the orders after food placed by runners. Two sets of silverware were caked with food. Messed up two orders. Completely gave us the wrong food on one to go order. Instead of biscuits and gravy’s received shrimp and grits. Highly allergic to shrimp so meal went straight to trash. I’ll not go again.

Normally, this place is decent. But the day we went it was off. They seem short staffed. And it was a longer wait. No problem with me on that. But when the food came out, it didn't seem as hot as it could be. The bacon was good but tasted like grease and was cold. Almost like it was cooked earlier and heated up in the griddle. The potatoes were mostly burnt and unseasoned. The toast was great, so was th jam. The eggs were ok. We'll try again another day and just chalk this one up as an off day.

Our family of four visited this location today. Waited 32 minutes seated at our outside table without so much as a drink order taken. We were ignored by the waitress who returned twice to the table next to us. After approaching the only smiling face of a waitress inside, she attempted to direct someone our way. After several more minutes passed, we made the decision to go elsewhere. Poor staffing and blatant disregard for clientele is a recipe for decline. Would not attempt a future visit to this location.

Been wanting to try First Watch for quite a while now. I have never been to any locations. Today is my birthday so I figured it was the perfect opportunity to try it out!Ambiance was nice, the hosts were welcoming. Service was okay, she was nice but I felt like she could have engaged more. Never really checked on us after we received our meals.Let's get on to my meal. I ordered the Florentine Benedict. I love benedict's so I was super excited. This benedict was not so exciting. The presentation of it was great however, it seemed old. My eggs were definitely hard boiled as you can see in the picture definitely not a benedict egg that we all love. I also feel like the spinach should have been wilted rather than raw. I didn't make a fuss because it still had good flavor.First impression is everything in a restaurant and since it was my first time, I wasn't impressed with the food and will most likely not return.

We came here for the first time we ordered the million dollar bacon as an entree which was probably the best thing we had, my wife ordered the chickachanga entree which was really good and I ordered the shrimp and grits it didn't have a lot of flavor but I do know when you try it you have to eat everything with it it needs just a little bit of salt. The drinks were good. We will definitely be back here and try something else.

Everything came out cold. I've eaten at a dozen locations. This place was 55 degrees inside. My order came out wrong, but the temp was the issue. Chicken sausage was cold, bacon was cold. The waffle didn't melt spread butter after syrup. No manager spoke to me after the server instead.
