Man , I hate to say this but burgers were Super subpar. 5 guys has always been my go to for the perfect burger fix ..I'd say usually ordering from here just once every 3-4 months. So it was just extra disappointing as I bit into my skinny, dry bacon cheeseburger. They used to put real(fresh cooked, thick and quality) bacon on the burgers but I was shocked to see 2 tiny pieces of those whimpy precooked microwavable bacon strips tucked in. I count on these burgers to hit the spot but this time they missed the mark. Fries were great as always and the girl at the cashier was so sweet and kind as I was short $7 on the total owed .had ordered food for the whole family to take home to them. She quickly offered to cover the rest as I digged around for another credit card to use. She paid the $7 out of her own pocket and just thought that was so generous and wonderful. Thank you Ava , I appreciate you! (I think that was her name ?) Unfortunately I do think BurgerFi has taken over the crown to satisfy my burger cravings from here on out ?

Was not sure what we expected. And the price was the shocker! Yes the food was good. However spending $48 and 1 small order of fries and 2 hamburgers was not what we had in mind. Not a place I will be visiting often and if so maybe 1 time a year....If I want that special burger

Our meal was so good... fresh fries, amazing made-to-order burgers. Service was also great with someone from behind the counter coming out to check on us and offering to refill our drinks.But....wowza.The price for the smallest cheeseburger, a double bacon cheeseburger, small fries, and two soft drinks was right at $40.Although the hamburgers and fries were AMAZING.....the price wasn't. This type of meal will probably be a rare, special treat for us rather than somewhere we would visit often.

The staff were great, the restaurant was clean, and my food was good. The only place I really have to complain is value. I feel that I can get a better burger meal for the same price just by heading into the city, which feels kind of backwards.

We’ve eaten here dozens of times over the years and have never, not once, had a bad experience. Order is always accurate, ready quickly, and the team in the store is always super friendly. The most consistently good place in town.
