Food was great (as I would expect from Jersey Mike’s) but service is very important. And without good service, there’s no desire for me to return.

As one of the better JM locations, it’s quite sad to see them declining DoorDash orders at 4:30/ 5 PM just ahead of dinner. Does ownership know this is occurring? I’m not sure why a location would choose to loose profit like that. Has happened a couple times.

IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A BAD DAY ORDER LUNCH FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!
I am convinced you couldn’t pay the band of teenagers running this location any amount of money to be half way decent human beings. Every time I have placed orders online they prioritize the walk ins & I have literally waited 60+ minutes to get my order. My husband & I have learned just to walk in & order if we don’t want to spend all day waiting for our food.
We walked in this afternoon & placed our order. We both ordered hot subs. The girl with blue hair working the grill starts cooking her food that she brought from home on the grill. 10 minutes after we placed our order she finally throws down our meat. All the workers were complaining about a customer trying to use a gift card. After 10 more minutes the girl with blue hair takes off her gloves & walks to the back. Our food is just sitting on the grill BURNING. After 5 minutes go by she comes back to the front & completely ignores our food sitting on the grill. She grabs the spatula & starts preparing her lunch. My husband & I had to walk out.
We drove down the street to the Gallatin location where they were nothing but a 10 out of 10 crew. The Hendersonville employees can take notes from the Gallatin crew from professionalism to customer service. We agreed the Gallatin location gave us the best sub we have ever got from a Jersey Mikes.

Run by teenagers, this restaurant does not value costumer service at all. Online orders are usually delayed 10-20 minutes, even if the place is dead. Organization is known for fresh products and great sandwiches, but the services at this specific location makes me never want to visit a Jersey Mike's ever again. Multiple attempts at eating here, and continuously disappointed. Think I'm done now.
The absolute best sandwiches! This is our family’s favorite sandwich shop. Everything is always so fresh every time we order. There are a lot of sub places, but Jersey Mikes is the only place we go to. The staff is great, too. Even when they’re really busy, they’re smiling, patient and helpful. If you want fresh food and a sandwich or wrap with the meats and veggies loaded… you have to go here!

The customer service was HORRIBLE. I had to reach over the counter to grab my sandwiches because the girl at the register was on her phone after I paid. Anytime I asked them a question or spoke to them I was ignored. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Should not be working in a customer service place if they are going to be rude and disrespectful.

Got the original Italian and a chx Philly Super friendly and helpful staff! Freshly made and cut ingredients with unique side options like Mrs Vicks chips and different sodas. Non Boars Head deli meats which are much better and safer in my opinion. Might be the best sub shop in town. Definitely worth it! Well done Hville Jersey Mike's crew!!!
