I placed an order online, Jimmy John's website, not Uber, door dash..etc at 720pm. on Jan 22nd. Never received my order. Called the company at 820pm and was told the driver should be at my door. 845pm they didn't want to answer my calls, so I had to call from a different number. Just asked for a refund because at this point they weren't coming. The guy told me
he closed out his drawer, they couldn't refund me until the next day. The next day called to confirm the refund pymt and was told I had to wait 5 to 7 days. Ok, no refund, then I called Corporate, and Ryan was not much help either. Why do yall have a corporate office if no one can help?? I've been emailing him for 15 days now. It's Feb.19,25 still no refund. I spend good money with this store and to get the runaround like this. I didn't want to file a dispute, tried to give the company a chance. So, yep, I'm going to dispute the charges. This is the second time This store didn't want to fix and own up to their mistakes. I'm just one person, so it won't make or break this company, but I refuse to spend another dollar with Jimmy John's again.

This place is amazing their bread it feels great it's like ASMR bread haha whenever you tap on it with your fingernails and it tastes fantastic love the service love the atmosphere and the food is freaking phenomenal I would come here for absolutely sandwiches

So this is my first bad experience at jimmy johns. I always order the #9 with extra hot peppers. About 3 bites in I bite something hard and inedible, it was a perfect circle and it was definitely in the meat. I spit it out and thought wow it took years for a bad experience and how could I be so crucial on one visit. Well I was feeling graceful until about 10 bites later I bit into another very hard perfect circle in the meat. I spit it out and held both pieces in my napkin. I took it to the counter and it took 5 mins for anyone to acknowledge me. They remade my sandwhich but I was too irritated to eat it. All I could think about was how hard I bit into that and that I could’ve broken teeth and they are quick to say ā€œhere’s a free sandwhichā€ what about my teeth, I knew this is Tennessee but C’mon. They showed no concern.

Tried to call today and follow up with an interview. The child that answered responded with "we are not hiring. If you were hired, you would have been contacted. Good luck finding a job." First of all, how unprofessional of you. If you weren't hiring, it wouldn't be posted on multiple sources to apply for MULTIPLE positions. If this is how this person speaks over the phone, imagine how they're treating the customers and their coworkers in store?

I tried to order a very simple sandwich today just cheese and meat, I only wanted an 8in, but to my surprise when I was asked to pay it was 17 dollars, so I questioned, he very faintly responded almost has if he has never seen a human before in his life and had no clue how to talk to people let alone be trusted to work at a multimillion dollar cooperation. He told me that the price was right after having to ask him to repeat his response multiple times. So I asked if I could just get a bigger size instead since it’s the same price. So I handed him a 20 then he proceeded to tell me I owed him 6 more dollars. So I then asked for the other worker to come sort things out and she came over and talked to me even more non verbal and had to ask her for repetition a multitude of times, mind you I’m 19 I can hear fairly well. Finally I just asked to see both receipts and the whole time it had turn out the boy running the computer had rung me up for 3 sandwiches, now I’m not the type to perceive malice over incompetence but I don’t know weather to think this kid was trying to rob me or just hasn’t seen any education past the third grade.

Horrible experience! Came in 40 minutes before closing and treated like I was being rushed to order and an inconvenience. Actually had a worker get upset for taking a second to decide exactly what I wanted. Never encountered such rude staff here in Hendersonville!

STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES!! I had made it very clear to the 2 closers there that I am very allergic to certain food items. And the whole time taking my order they kept saying things I didn’t want on my sub and after finally getting it right (or so I thought) I paid and got my food and drove home. Just to find out all the items I’m allergic to were the only items on there with the meat and cheese. When I called the store the manager acted like this was my fault and was about to refuse a refund or a remake since I’m out of the delivery zone and it was after the fact of saying I’m calling corporate that he sent out a new one to be delivered to me. Only to be the exact same sub I came home with. By this time they were closed more or less not answering the phone on purpose. All I’m wanting is my money back and I will never come back especially after trying to hurt/kill me with my allergies.
