Jonathan's Grille

Our host staff that greeted us was amazing! However, the Appetizers came after mains, men’s bathroom had liquid all over the floor, it reeked of urine, and the paper towels wouldn’t dispense - air dryer was fine. Not the Jonathan’s experience we’re used to at other locations, don’t get the new loaded potato bites. Slimy, falling apart, looked like mud balls.

This is a great place to go, whether it be with your family and friends or colleagues. The food is delicious and affordable. The wait staff was beyond professional.

Walked in, stood there for several minutes. Looked at the hostess. She wa just gabbing away with a waitress. Looked at me several times, then looked away. After a few more minutes I walked out.

Had a lovely dinner time on a Tuesday night. The hostess was friendly and we got seated pretty much right away. We ordered the Salmon bowl with chicken noodle soup and Bison burger with jalapenos.
The food was superb! Generous portions, great atmosphere. We were able to hold a conversation without being drowned out by music. There were plenty of tv screens from different angles to choose what game to watch. Overall great experience, will definitely be back to try the prime rib.

11/7/2024. Unbelievable bad service. Came in around 12:10 to over an hr to get out food. We got chicken tenders and only got half, they had to bring the rest out later. I order a salmon it came out cold.. will not recommend this place.

We came with a large party of 20 to celebrate all of our little league football teams advancing to the second round of playoff. Danny, Bella, Dakota and Gywn made it a point to find us seats. Then our servers Hope and Faith were excellent. I recommend visiting this location for the great food and service

For a chain, the food is consistent and service is from better than average to excellent. It has the feel of a nicer restaurant while not having terrible prices.

Vegetarian options: There are options. I would suggest different life choices but if you can’t eat meat they will accommodate. Their salads are great.

Parking: There is decent parking but know that on nights with a game there may be a ton of people

Kid-friendliness: They don’t tell you to leave if you have kids.

I've been living in Hendersonville for just short of 2 years, and in that time this is my very first visit to Jonathan's Grille.

I had the prime rib sandwich and it was outstanding. It is without a doubt my favorite sandwich now. Too bad I'm just about ready to move to a new location. Timing is everything!
