First of all, I ordered my meal and my medium Pepsi did not come, SECOND of all my Mac and cheese had hair in it, as well as my drumstick, I was very disappointed to see this because I do enjoy kfc but this has gone too far and I will not let this slide past me, and I will no longer be giving kfc my service. I hope this review helps with your decision to eat here.

Hi, I think the fries from KFS was best in all countries that I tried, but my last few orders included more like the worst fries could be. It is oily, mushy, overcooked, lumpy mashed potatoes. I hope to have better fries again someday.

I live in goodlettsville but came to the Hendersonville location because the Goodlettsville location is trash. Lady with pink hair was on her phone the entire time I waited. The establishment smelled of sewage and there was loud, offensive rap music blaring from the kitchen. The cook appeared to be the only person actually working. I guess all the KFCs are going downhill. I'll go to any other chicken place in the future.

Usually when I place my orders they come out correct and without any issue, but today I come through the drive thru. There is no line or anything so should be fine. When I start to order I am interrupted in the middle of giving my order and then after trying to complete the order, the employee at the drive thru speaker starts talking about random things, I guess to their coworker, and then just doesn't respond for about 5 minutes until they come back and ask for my order thinking I am a new customer. After I get my order, I realize that the mashed potatoes and gravy I ordered didn't have any gravy at all. Super disappointing that it was difficult to place an order with only 2 cars in line. I give 3 three stars cause half of my order was correct and this usually doesn't happen so my assumption is that it is a new worker.
Gotta respect the effort here! Walked in and was first in line. Had to wait about 5 minutes before our order was taken at the register. Appeared to be very short staffed. Saw one person in the back making chicken. The only other two people I saw were one lady taking orders rotating between the drive thru window and the front counter. The other guy, I think his name was Vaughn, was working as fast as he could assembling meals.
While I didn’t like the initial wait, I gotta give this crew credit. They were working as fast as they could and did it with smiles on their faces and good attitudes!! Keep it up.
And KFC ALWAYS has the best biscuits - so light and fluffy!!

This place is always out of tenders.
Staff in the evening aren't the friendliest. Upon this recent visit I was told that "there were only so many tenders for the evening"
This made me feel that they didn't want to make more to serve a customer. If I can help it, I will not be using this location again.

Me and my husband ordered a 8 piece meal for dinner. Fried chicken, green beans, potatoes, and biscuits. We both ended up getting sick having food poisoning. I DONT recommend this place to anybody. We are not the only people who have gotten sick at this place. We both were sick. He had to miss work because he was so sick! Several people I know have gotten sick here. Plus, there is never anybody there working at all. I have never experienced at the KFC in Gallatin.
