I had not been to this KFC nor any KFC since 2020 because of THIS location's inexcusably poor customer service. Tried this location again today but thought I would make it easier on myself and order online. It would not accept the order - just kept re-routing me to choose a location. So, I downloaded the app - but the app glitched repeatedly and would accept no payment information. Traveled to this location anyway to order a meal and was told no orders would be taken via intercom/window because they accept online orders only. When it was explained that the website and app both failed to work, the KFC employee stated he would make no exceptions and he made no effort to assist with the app. Went to Cap'N D's today instead because they were more than happy to take my order over the intercom and take my money at the window.

This manager runs a great restaurant! The food is fresh, service is excellent. Wish she could train the other KFC's so they could be up to her standards, but they are not. I drive right past one in Madison, TN to get to hers. She should be recognized for the job she does.Parking: Adequate

I jus had the most unprofessional experience at this kfc all the employees are highly rude and treat their staff with disrespect I saw the manger yell at one of the employees in front of everyone…that’s embarrassing and messy.highly disappointed with my experience at this kfc I will not be coming

The whole store needs to be re-staffed with employees who actually want to work and provide a pleasant atmosphere. Drive through always has a rude employee and then they tell you to pull up and wait 30 minutes for your food. Store needs to be evaluated heavily.

So I happened to pop in here on a whim as my parents had texted they were stopping there with my almost 5 yr old daughter to get dinner after her gymnastics class. I was on my way home from work starving and just so happened to be 2 min away. So although I usually wouldn't dare eat fast food ...I will everysoften if circumstances arise. Usually it would be Chick Fila a or something. (Yes I'm about if a self proclaimed food snob)I had not eaten at a KFC in years , like 5, 6 years?? I was honestly blown away. I immediately noticed how clean it was and there was only one other family in there dining . Next was how delightful the woman taking our order was. So patient, helpful , kind and courteous which is too often hard to find at any service establishment these days. Next was the FOOD. I mean I was starving so it probably tasted 2x a good but seriously everything was so fresh , perfect temp , doneness, crispness... the whole family was loving it. My daughter tried having gravy on mashed potatoes for first time and fell in love. Our sweet lady checked on us several times and made sure we were all happy with the meal?
Rude employee at the drive thru, no communication skills . Having an internal argument with another employee they took my order and said pull up when I did I had to set for a few minutes while they argued when the window opened she ask-- what do you want, I left!

I just had got home with my order from this kfc. My sons chicken nuggets were so hard and dark. He didn't get his capri sun no silverware/honey/butter. The service was okay but I've very upset my son couldn't eat his lunch. Very upsetting

The staff were super friendly. The chicken was some of the crispiest chicken I have had in a long time. Crusty, juicy, not dry and the meat was tender. The mash potatoes were soft and gravy was warm and flavorful.The chicken pot pie was hot but not hot to burn your tongue. The crust was flaky and super delicious. The pot pie was very homey and the food tasted like it was made with love.The biscuits were soft, warm, buttery, and fresh out.The staff prepared some amazing food and would highly recommend this location.The flavors are to die for and will have your mouth salivating after you leave because you want more.The coleslaw was savory, satisfying on the palate- You Should Be Here!
