I grew up eating Krystals. I am in my 70's now and I still love them. Today I drove thru Krystal. They are still great! I received everything I ordered and it was a big order! The bacon cheese burgers are my favorite and were excellent! The tater tots were delicious and tasted like they were cooked in fresh oil. Yummy! I bought other family members cheese Krystals, corn dogs, and tater tots. Everybody thought the food was great. The drive thru service was excellent....
Gave them over all 4.5 in stars. The lady that took my order was new, so she was still learning, but it was lunch time, so ordering was slow, and getting the food was too, but I was patient and understanding. I was shocked and thankful for the extra for the time I was waiting, so that overall impressed me and helped me to enjoy my food better and the service better.
The visit did not start off great. There is no local number to call and share concerns. After a little discussion I got my food the way I wanted it and it was very good. I did not want to share my concerns on this platform but with K mgmt. Instead.
