Very fresh and tasty food options. Calamari was cooked perfectly and tempura cauliflower was delicious. Was traveling through the area and located the restaurant via Yelp and wasn't disappointed.

I got chicken fried rice and lo mien vegetables. The fried rice was so salty not one onion or carrots in it just rice and lots of very salty chicken. The lo mien was covered in a strange sweet sauce so much it was sitting in the bottom of the container the noodles where mush and all the vegetables were sitting on top raw. It was like 8lbs of food! I hate wasting food but it was uneatable. The inside looked like a upscale Chinese restaurant and all the reviews said it was good ? I was so disappointed

Was searching for great Chinese food since we have limited choice in Portland TN.Was at my doctor's appointment and saw this place. So glad I tried it!Had the sweet and sour shrimp lunch special and was so glad I did!Shrimp was cooked to perfection- came with fried rice (delicious) and 2 spring rolls (excellent). Can't wait to go back and try more from the menu!Recommend this place highly!

The food was very good. However, the lady that took our order was very off-putting. We came in at 8 o'clock (they close at 9) as soon as we walked through the door she asked us how many (2 adults, 2 kids) and she immediately says "we close at 9) and then takes us to the table. It's not busy at all. The entire time we were there she physically checked her watch in front of us anytime we asked for something. We were completely done with our meal by 8:40pm since the kids were already tired. The entire experience we felt rushed and we weren't needy at all. Left a 40% tip still, but jeez don't treat people like that?

Great tasty Chinese. Not just like a typical strip mall Chinese. Food is always very tasty and staff is friendly. Love their Mongolian chicken

I recently order lo mein from this restaurant through door dash. Typically, lo mein comes with some kind of vegetables. Their menu even states that lo mein comes with carrots, cabbage, green onions, and onions. The lo mein I received had only noodles. While the person I spoke with on the phone was kind and considerate, they plainly told me there was nothing they could do to fix my item. Make sure if you order through door dash that you understand lo mein means only noodles.

I ordered sweet and sour pork & crab Rangoon ( receipt reflects that) and waited in my car for my order to be prepared. As my friend was waiting for me to picnic with her in Gallatin I didn’t realize my order was nothing like I had received in earlier visits.I didn’t notify the restaurant until later morning the following day as I had a full evening and the following morning. I was told that the woman who answered the phone told me she’d talk with her manager and get back with me. The woman who answered told me she was talking with her manager now. I hung up and soon got a call back from the restaurant. The same woman raised her voice at me and stated that was almost 24 hours ago and why did I wait so long to report that my order was incorrect. If they get your order wrong it’s your fault!

Decided to stop here after a doctor's appointment, the restaurant is nice looking and clean. They offer chili oil at the table and the prices on the menu are really good. They give you wonton chips at the table to eat while waiting. That's the end of the pluses, the food was all so bland. It was barely edible from the lack of seasoning even on food drowned in sauce. The dipping sauces for appetizers were also extremely bland, almost watered down tasting. Had to dump soy sauce and hot chili oil to be able to eat the food. I will not return.

We ordered takeout as we were just across the street at a hotel and we were done driving for the day. I walked in and ordered. The wait was not very long and the food was excellent! I requested plates and forks and they were provided as well. Some of the best Asian take out we have had.

We stayed across the street before my son's gymnastics competition. He needed to eat something before to have fuel, but we didn't want too heavy. He wanted chicken fried rice so we went across the street to La Chine. Bonus stars for convenience! They weren't yet open when we came, but opened up the door and asked for a few minutes if we wanted to dine in while they were sweeping up. I have to say, even though they swept, I didn't think the floor was that clean. It wasn't nasty, just didn't look like it had been swept even though I saw her sweeping. Anyway, the c place was smallish but the one person we saw was friendly and helpful. We had lunch specials that came with choice of fried rice or white rice, no extra charge for fried rice, this is nice because often these days you see an extra dollar charge. It also came with either an egg roll, egg drop soup or two spring rolls. My husband got the egg roll and said it was fine. The spring rolls I had were hot and crispy. He had Kung Pow Chicken and I had Kung Pow Shrimp, both were good and really good portions for a lunch special combo. The entree was over half the plate, and not 2/3 rice with a little entree like lunch specials often are. Flavor good. My son ordered the chicken fried rice. He really liked it and got enough for three meals!! It's not outstanding but a solid Southern US version of Chinese Food. I would eat here again and my son is already talking about coming back after competition with team mates, even though we have leftovers from lunch.

First time trying it and I won’t ever go back. Spicy Chicken tasted like a generic frozen microwave meal, Lo mein was bland..Even the lettuce wraps were mediocre,at best.

We were so looking forward to Chinese dinner but it was so bad we ended up not even eating it and throwing it out! Mongolian beef and sweet and sour pork. The sweet and sour pork was terrible.. Large bowl of mush and nothing like I have ever experienced. Don't eat here it's the absolutely worst Chinese food I have ever eaten.

Great food and service. The egg drop soup may be the best I’ve ever eaten. Spicy chicken was savory, sweet and spicy with big chunks of perfectly cooked fresh veggies. I will be back!
