DoorDashed two milk shakes, one had atleast 4 visible pieces of hair in it, didn’t finish the milk shake so there was probably more.

I went to Marble Slab with my family, and the ice cream was absolutely delicious 🍨 The staff were so friendly, professional, and welcoming. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back.

me and my sister came at 8:30 pm to get some ice cream, and when we went in the whole place was already cleaned up and everything was put away as if they were closing right then. I asked if they were closing and the lady said that they were closing in 30 minutes. we still were able to get our ice cream, but the ladies seemed very annoyed that we had came in 30 minutes before closing and they had already cleaned up. they also locked the doors and turned all the lights off 10 minutes before they were supposed to close.

First time in this evening and the staff was friendly and the place was clean!

Jocee, Alyssa and Lily were super nice, helpful and pleasant! They have samples to our children, were very patient, even changed the tv to what my kids wanted to watch while they ate their ice cream! All the while these girls were cleaning, sweeping the place while the others served customers! This place very clean and well organized too. I don’t know how much these girls make but they deserve a raise for sure!!! Two thumbs way up!

Friendly folks but they've lost the freshness. All 8 toppings from the 3 orders we had were stale and stuck to the bottom of their container. Even the nuts tasted stale. Then the water around the frozen plate they prepare your ice-cream on flooded because the drain plug was clogged with dirt etc. and the water spilled over to our side of the counter. It wouldn't stop. I felt bad for the 2 employees who had to deal with the filth and plumbing issues. I know I can't go back. They were very sweet people.

I ordered a vanilla with Reese cup 3 scoop icecream, and there was a long black hair in my icecream. Thank God my husband seen it when she laid it up on the counter. Needless to say I paid for my son's and left with nothing. Very disappointing!

Great service. The selection was top notch and fair prices. Had a sundae and was not disappointed one bit. Quality ice cream and cookies. Very clean facility.
