Never fail to disappointment, no matter what location you go to. I hardly ever go to McDonald's, maybe twice a year. Every time I go, it seems that they can not get simple orders right. First time going to this McDonald's I ordered a mcchicken only cheese. They gave a regular mcchicken with cheese. Went in and the manager acted like he had a problem with me complaining. Second time, today, I order a cappuccino sugar free, medium. Cup was small making me think it was a small. Then it was only half way to 2/3 filled, not even close to the rim. $5 for a half filled cup of cappuccino. This is way I rarely go to McDonald's. Other fast food places have their stuff together for the most part. Nothing compared to mcdonalds and the lack of precision on orders. Smh

Service is always friendly but they literally mess up every order. Last order gave me NUggets meals with only 7 (vs 10) nuggets. One before that forgot 2 cheese burgers. Once I got a cheesburger that forgot the burger...yup....they gave me a bun & cheese....no burger.
I get it....it's McDonalds....I'm not asking for much. Just the food I ordered.

The lady at window was rude and give me my coffee with out the espresso that i pay for and i ask for sugarno sugar at my coffee only creamer that i don't like

Nasty attitudes, nasty, filthy front counter and they make you order at the kiosk and it's out of paper so no receipt!
Front counter full of spilled drinks and dust. Not sure they ever thoroughly wipe that down.
I purchased an overpriced sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. Once I received the order, the sausage was missing. I addressed my concern with a worker, received a fresh order, and to my surprise the sausage was forgotten again. The customer service laughed it off; both times and the manager onsite, witnessed both encounters and did nothing about it.

Purchased double quarter pounder with large fries and coke for approximately $12.50. Had to wait 10 minutes to receive a burger that had 2 flat patties on a kids bun, large fry should have been a medium base on large cup half full and would e nice to have just a little extra ice in our drinks! Also asked for 2 hot mustards and they gave me 1 honey mustard. I’d rather eat at Chili’s and order a water for the same price…I give McDonalds a D

Will not be back, it took us speaking up to even be acknowledged standing at the counter even though they walked by many times, kiosk was down so couldn't even order there then after waiting our order was wrong.
