Just ordered a Quarter Pounder and 4 Piece Nugget, and a Large Fries only to be handed 2 Snack Wraps and some floppy cold Fries. This has happened a few times already and I'm done with this location. The girl who handed it to us didn't seem to care very much either. Waste of money.

This used to be a good McDonald's, but it seems to be getting worse and worse. The new people they hire. They're young and don't know what they're doing.

Missed a happy meals chocolate milk but when I went it he red shirt guy made it right and gave me a little extra. Very much appreciated. He was very nice and respectful and I genuinely appreciate how he handled that. 10/10 best McDonald's in middle TN

Every single time I come the fries are almost cold and not good. I went tonight and specifically asked them to pls make my fries fresh and they are still damn near cold and don’t taste good. Pls do better. Im not even the type of person to leave reviews at all lol but its really getting annoying asf that my fries are neverrr good

This location used to be better, but about half of our orders are wrong now.
If you are in a rush and cant stop and check all or your food before leaving, there is a good chance you will be missing stuff or changes to the food will be wrong.

After about 8pm the food tastes stale and juat not good.

Everybody is friendly but quality control of orders is non-existent.

No matter what day what shift they do not make iced coffees correct. I order large ice vanilla coffee. Should already come with cream and vanilla. I never get anything but the coffee . Even if I order extra vanilla. I get none. And they get irritated and say we have to charge u extra for that . I said I don’t mind but I’d really like to get the vanilla in my coffee with out paying extra. I want what I ordered. Never fails. No flavor no cream. Everyday day or night.

Showed up to get my remake of ice coffee during night shift. 4 guys on front counter. When I walked in they ran to the kitchen ignoring me. The guy on the fry station pulled out his phone playing on it. Let alone there was NO COSTUMERS in drive through.
