This used to be a good McDonald's, but it seems to be getting worse and worse. The new people they hire. They're young and don't know what they're doing.

Ordered a 20 piece and a basket of fries with two large drinks to split with my wife, they gave us one sauce, unsalted fries, and forgot one of our drinks. Turned around to go back in and get it and they told me I had to go back through the drive through to get my second drink.

At least they are consistent in always forgetting the Nuggets in the Happy Meal. I believe it’s happened at least 4 times when I order through dasher they give the delivery driver the box but nothing in it but a toy. My suggestion move away the boxes you have premade from the ones you are filling up.

Placed a mobile order and after checking in waited almost 30 minutes to be told that order was placed in door dash bags for some reason. Several people placed mobile orders while I was waiting and received there food maybe five minutes later. By the time the food was received it was no longer hot. Not sure where the other employees went that always made sure your food was hot and out on time.

Kudos to Cade (hope I spelled that right) and Trevor. Stayed open a little late to ensure we got our food from our online order. Kept a smile and were joking around with us the entire time. This store is the epitome of what a McDonalds should be. I frequent this store for that very reason. Everyone on staff tonight deserves a raise and I hope they get one.
