It's a McDonald's, I feel like they are all pretty much the same. Just some cleaner than others. I love Hendersonville. It's always nice and has a great staff

Me and family went to McDonald's for lunch.( I did not get any thing here) my husband got a big Mac with just ketchup and cheese. And my kids got kids meal. So when we were going to pay the lady said "go up to the next window" 20 minutes later we have not got are food. So waited... and then we got our food. My husband food was wrong and my kids fries were cold as a ice cube... for $45 dollars

Every time I go there in the morning the same old lady with white hair in the drive thru looks so miserable and never smiles says thank you or anything it’s always so chaotic from the lack of structure the only reason I go there is because it’s the only thing open as early as I go to work and close to my house, it used to be a pleasant place to eat but it just gets worse as time goes on. Customer service sucks there. Good employees are very hard to find these days.

Service took forever for a mobile order. Took almost 15 minutes to get our food for 2 happy meals and a big Mac meal.
Place the order today on the app was in the parking lot. Pulled up to place two. They said that you had to go inside, went inside and was turned away. Then went through the drive-thru. Nobody answered. The intercom pulled up to the window and about five people that apparently don't speak English couldn't get the order. Finally, one guy comes out 5 minutes later and says oh we don't get no order even though the order was paid for. I'm going to add the photo of it as well. Paying customer on the app more than 10 employees in the store but they want to say they're closed. What the heck is going on. This location seems to be plagued with drama and issues will not be going here anymore.

This is the third time I’ve gone to this location wanting just a small McFlurry and they have said EVERY time that the ice cream machine is broken? Lies. I know it hasn’t magically broken every time I’ve gone.

Foods about what you’d expect, but these kids on night shift always forget my sauce for chicken nuggets. How are you going to pack up 20 McNuggets and a basket of fries and forget all 4 of the sauces I ordered and paid for? Not cool
