I’m a General Tso kinda gal. It’s not like other Asian foods that if you’ve tasted one at one place you’ve tasted them all. This restaurant’s General Tso surprised me in a good way. I ate inside and heard people came in to pick up their General Tso to go. That explained how my meal came out so fast, because it’s a popular item at the restaurant. It was the perfect blend of sweet and very slightly hot served with enough sauce to dip each bite. The woman behind the counter...

Don’t order to eat in the restaurant they look like they don’t want to clean up or serve you. They just serve you cafeteria school room tray style. Fried rice was not good. The chicken however was very decent. Overall good in a pinch but not cheap nor the best Chinese I’ve had in a long shot.

We love Ming Kitchen so much that we drive out of the way to go there. Hubby says their General Tso’s chicken is the best around. I love the fried tofu. They are always so nice and welcoming.

Vegetarian options: They have plenty of vegetable options. I love their tofu with General Tso’s sauce. Yum!

Dietary restrictions: I have Alpha Gal so I am severely allergic to mammal products. Ming Kitchen is very careful and I’ve never had issues...
