First time going to this establishment, and greeted with a boisterous "Welcome to Moe's." I requested the homewrecker bowl. The amount of food served is a meal for two. Well worth the $10 price tag. Dish was served with chips, and at a side bar, a selection of various salsa flavors.

Ingredient freshness was okay but could have been a little better, plenty of food though your definitely not leaving hungry. Service was slow and not real helpful especially to be served buffet style. Whole place needed a good cleaning. Kinda understood though they were busy.

Ordered on DoorDash and the stack was so wrong we couldn’t even eat it. Did not have a lot of add ons so it should have been simple enough to make but was missing the few things we had added and the queso that is supposed to come with it. It had maybe two pieces of chicken in it, rice, and beans. It should have had queso, shredded cheese, and grilled onions and peppers. My husband took one bite and it was all beans and rice basically. When he opened it up to feed it to the dogs so it wouldn’t be a total waste, he saw maybe two sprinkles of cheese and like two onions in one corner of the stack. Every other time he has ordered this item, it is completely evident without disassembling it that it has those ingredients. Ridiculous and unacceptable! Thank you to the door dash support that got us our money back as well as our dasher who did wonderfully with the delivery! The door dash support was lovely and so helpful because this pregnant momma was about to lose her mind!!!! I hate to complain but when you pay a lot of money to have something a certain way and you get the most pitiful version imaginable it might make you a little crazy.

Came here for a quick bite after 8 PM. Staff looked tired, but were friendly. Restaurant wasn’t the cleanest. Most if not all tables were dirty along with the floor. Trash was completely full in one container and very full in others. There was ample parking here was it is in a shopping center.

My Cilantro Rice wasnt ready in time and the manager called me (didnt answer - unknown caller) and I got there and he offered me complimentary chips and drink for the wait. Totally didnt have to do that but went the extra step. Thanks man!

This was a horrible first time experience. First of all they put a new employee at the head of line that was not knowledgeable of the product. Second he did not k ow his portions how to make the bowl I assume cause the amount of rice he put was a 1/4 I had to ask for more to cover the bottom of bowl. The other employees and look like the manager do not help assist him nor tried to correct the issue. The chips do not taste fresh at all, as they been sitting. For the amount I paid for my first visit eating at Moes this was a very bad experience. I would rather recommend eating at Chipotle. No one was welcoming as you come in the door. Looks as though everyone was exhausted. This experience makes me never want to visit another Moes.
