I’ve given this location multiple chances, and I’m beyond disappointed. I’ve gone on four different Mondays, and every single time the cakes Ive wanted has been out of stock. It seems like Mondays are always low on inventory whether it’s because they’re trying to clear out cakes from Saturday (since they’re closed Sundays) or something else, I don’t know. One of those visits I even stood in line for 15 minutes before anyone came out from the back, only to be told the cake I wanted wasn’t available. That was the final straw. I went today and of course the biscoff and multiple other cakes were not available.
This used to be a great place to grab a treat, but lately it feels like a waste of time. After four empty-handed trips, I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Nothing Bundt Cakes. I have been going to the nothing Bundt cakes for years now in FranklinTN. I was up at the Hendersonville location and I ordered a Bundt cake to go, intending to eat it right after leaving. When I asked for a fork, I was told they “aren’t allowed to provide utensils” and was instead told to “go somewhere else” to get one. Seriously? If you’re offering to-go orders, how do you not have something as basic as a fork available—or worse, refuse to give one out? That’s not just inconvenient, it’s really poor customer service and a baffling policy. I left with a cake I couldn’t even eat. Completely unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

Worked here when none of the safety restrictions were being followed. Frosting is made on the floor. It's never put into the fridge even though it's buttercream. Cakes are not rotated in the cooler so hopefully they're checking the dates. Pans aren't clean. Argued with the owner at one point because three of us working there were literally living in a motel because we could not make rent and was told we shouldn't be discussing our pay, which should be very clear is a federally protected right and is illegal to even say.

How to lose customers !!!!
I bought 12 bundtlets. I was charged $66. I asked the person to punch my cake card. I was told NO because the bundtlets were Discounted when you buy a dozen. They cost $5.50 each. I did not buy any of the special ones.
12 X $5.50 = $66.00. There was no discount!
She should have punched my cake card.
Don’t offer something if you are not going to honor it!!!! It would have been 1 free bundtlet, but Instead you lose a customer along with everyone I mention this to

The cakes are delicious , however at the price point offered and the great reputation i am a bit disappointed . There is a difference for instance between a true "Carrot Cake" and a "Carrot flavored cake " .... i noticed with my last order of assorted bundtlets the only standout was lemon / blueberry because actual blueberry's were present.. ... I realize this may seem overly critical , but i expect top tier desserts to contain the high quality ingredients their labels suggest , instead of artificial coloring and flavors added to a plain cake .

Horrible customer service by the owner or manager! I received a very small cake for Five people instead of 30 people. I paid $48.00 and could off gotten a better cake somewhere else. I will NEVER order from there again and will let my friends know that they are a bunch of rip offs!!!
