Our Place Cafe and Catering

2025-The restaurant portion is now closed permanently. However I think they're going to reopen it for a catering kitchen and make food for events.

They catered a brunch for 50. Excellent food & great service. Everyone was raving about the food.

Fantastic country breakfast! Great service and beach boys playing in the background made me feel like I was a kid with my grandparents out to eat again. Cool atmosphere. Definitely recommend coming.

It is amazing country cooking and they got awesomely amazing pies and cobblers..

Small portions for the money and lots of sugar in the sides

New owners a while back. I keep hoping things will get better, and they keep proving me wrong. The food across the board is marginal. The prices could be lower for the quality served. I have had breakfast,lunch, and dinner, all with the same results. I support local restaurants and businesses, but this is my last time here. Hendersonville deserves better.

Our Place catered our Company event and it was absolutely amazing food! Ali made sure everything went smoothly and she was dream to work with! Thank you for making our event a night to remember!

Cold garbage

I came in at 5:30 for dinner. Staff was nice but the food look disgusting in the steam table. Everything had a film on it. Obviously left from lunch. I tried the mashed potatoes even though they were brown with gravy. The potatoes were sticky & old. The gravy was overly salty. I ordered green beans. They were so sweet I couldn’t eat them. The deviled eggs were sitting in a pool of water. I ordered tea & as I sat down staff started emptying tea into stained brown containers. I wanted more tea but it disappeared. Very unappealing & awful food. Maybe I’ll try breakfast but never lunch or dinner.

Great place to eat! Just please change your hours on google drive all the way here to eat and you were closed when google says open 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday

I usually don’t write reviews, but I have to say when I had taken food home from Our Place recently it had no flavor and we were very disappointed. And since food isn’t cheap I felt like $24 on 2 meals that wasn’t good was a waste from our tiny budget. The cornbread was overdone, hard as a rock. We used to like to eat there from time to time, but I think that’s over.

Ordered their Take out food for Thanksgiving. Their dressing, 1 qt. gravy, 12 cornbread muffins and dozen deviled eggs for my family for Thanksgiving dinner
Everything was good except the dressing and gravy. The dressing was to have fed 15. It came in one of those large metal pans to cook in. The dressing was just ok, a little sweet for our taste. The white gravy was lumpy, didn’t have any salt in it and had no taste. However my main complaint was the dressing after it cooked, was only an INCH TALL and definitely would NOT have feed 15 people unless it was cut into 2 inch squares. The 6 people I had, barely got 2 tablespoons of dressing and it was gone. Very disappointed and won’t order it again. For the amount it actually turned out to serve, it would have easily fit in an 8x8 pan, but still wouldn’t have fed 15 people.
Items totaled $61.00 & probably a decent price If the dressing, one of the main courses at anyones Thanksgiving dinner would have been much more in the pan, thicker than only an inch and it was actually enough for people to get a good size first round, then seconds. D. Dyer
