I’ve been a loyal customer of Panda Express especially this location. The general manager works today is very rude and lectured me about safety protocol because I asked her for my usual chili oil that every worker before and general manager that was assigned on this location before always give us not only me also my other employees that go here. She’s cooking while NO GLOVES ON! And they have an OPEN KITCHEN AND THAT IS A CRITICAL POINT IF THERES A HEALTH INSPECTION. As a general manager as well this should be taken care off and make sure she knows the right protocol especially that’s a critical point. As a regular customer I’m so DISAPPOINTED ON THIS LOCATION. The employee who’s assigned on cashier is very rude and sarcastic as well trying to insult my experiences as a gen manager is not a RIGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE !

Haven’t had panda in a while and now I’m wondering if the standards have been lowered because this location has to be worse than slurping split pea soup out of a New Orleans street gutter. Horrible had to throw it away and chalk up the $17.00 lunch. I’m not going to say much more than this place should be condemned. Ashamed they make you pick at least one star. Honestly after that trash I will never eat panda again.

I came in for a takeout order that was still being prepared and guy completely forgot about me. Was sitting there for 10 minutes before someone noticed me again just absolutely dysfunctional.

Tonight was the BEST Lo Mein noodles Ive had since they've been open. Noodles weren't greasy, cabbage wasn't overpowering and the noodles taste and texture were perfection.

The workers were friendly and the food was delicious. Unfortunately they didn't have two of our entrees ready, but it tasted even better after a short wait since it was just cooked and hot off the wok. The restaurant and bathroom were very clean.

The fried rice was terrible. The rice was undercooked and crunchy. The flavor was no where near what it should have been. I will say i liked the orange chicken and the beef and broccoli. They were the only saving grace.

There were two staff members filling holes and setting up to paint. Not sure why they were doing it in the middle of dinner rush. As far as the food… I didn’t mind having to wait for fresh food to be cooked since they were out of most items, however, it took a lot longer than normal since there was only one cook on the floor (the other kept walking off to play on his phone). The younger male that helped us was very kind and patient.
Attention to detail! This place is ran well and super friendly staff! The manager made sure to go out of his way to thank everyone including myself and gave me the help we needed!

For teacher appreciation week, Community Childcare Services catered Panda Express and not only was Brian's Customer service amazing, but the food was hot, fresh and delicious! Some of our staff said that they've never had Panda before and they loved it so it was nice being able to provide that to them. We cannot thank you enough!
