Wow!!! I place a mobile order this morning 10/04/25 at 11:26am I ordered the Panera Duet Turkey sandwich and wild rice soup, and OMG the person who prepared my order made an amazing job! Couldn’t take a picture because I was hungry! But at the moment I got my sandwich it was wrapped so perfectly and the sandwich was made so beautiful the food was so fresh and I wanted to say “Thank you “

Visited Panera at Glenbrook Hendersonville Thursday and had to share the great service we were given by cashier Jennifer not only did she take our order but had a suggestion on the menu. So we ordered that and it was very good. Jennifer took the time to come check with us if her suggestion was ok and if our food was as expected. Jennifer made this visit a good one with her genuine kindness and caring Thank you Jennifer.

Such a relaxing atmosphere. You get nice rewards for eating there.
They have to have a better system when you order online for drive thru pick up. The spots are located right before the line so you’re either waiting in line just to bypass the window and pull up to that spot or you’re having to circle the building if there’s another car there. It isn’t enough space to go around the line if there is already a car there. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead
