They have to have a better system when you order online for drive thru pick up. The spots are located right before the line so you’re either waiting in line just to bypass the window and pull up to that spot or you’re having to circle the building if there’s another car there. It isn’t enough space to go around the line if there is already a car there. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead

Panera is ours and our kids’ favorite fast food restaurants and we get to go orders from the Glenbrook location multiple times a month. They get our orders wrong (missing items, ignoring customizations, giving the wrong item) almost every time. It happened often enough that we started occasionally calling them when it does. While they have refunded us or had us drive there to get replacements, we continue to have this problem over and over again. I wish there was another location near us.

Placed order on app to pick up inside. My slip said that there was a fork and knife inside bag but there wasn't. The middle of my food was cold, and when I went back to the counter to see if they can warm it up, I was totally ignored. Hadn't been here in a long time, and probably won't be coming back. Also, seems like there is always a burnt smell in the restaurant.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, about 10 of which were waiting at the window, for a bowl of soup and a cold sandwich. All for them to miss the T in a BLT.
Ordered lunch online today both of the soups were cold. The food just was not what I have experienced in the past. The food was deliver cold. Today I have to give the food a one star experience. I said what are you drinking?

I ordered the rustic potato soup and half chicken rancher. Neither were particularly good. The chicken bacon rancher had so much hot (temperature) ranch sauce on that every time I took a bite, it splattered on the plate and onto the receipt that was formerly stuck to my sandwich. Not sure where the bacon part comes in. I didn't see any.
There was maybe 15 pieces of potatoes in the soup that were smaller than the average green pea. Not hearty or rustic in any way. The sweet tea was bitter so I guess it just wasn't my day. Better luck next time.

Been coming here for YEARS… this place is crashing and burning. Every time I come I leave pissed - I’m done going!! Tonight my mac and cheese was COLD and I’m not even kidding that my muffie had a bite taken out of it. Literally. Their soda is watered down and disgusting can’t even drink it. Ridiculous prices. Taken so many of their good things off the menu. Slow every time. And there is ALWAYS an issue. This place is truly the worst. All Paneras are but this location especially.
