I was at the Panera Bread in Hendersonville Tn today. I ordered the pick two. I ordered the New chucked salad and a half turkey cheddar sandwich. All I got was a half of a turkey sandwich. The that waited on me Jamie was very very rude. She kept saying that is what you ordered. She did not offer to correct her mistake. I will never go back there again as long as she is working there.

I ordered delivery. 4 different drivers, and no one could deliver. 1 driver said my order was not ready for pickup and delivery. This was about 30 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered. I have had several instances of orders not being delivered or delivered to the wrong house. GrubHub is terrible. I ordered from McAlisters.

The tables and floor look like they haven't been cleaned in a few hours.The food was delicious . I had the chicken Baja bowl. & teriyaki chicken bowl.I will continue to eat here when I'm in the area.I recommend eating here.

Tried to order online for pick up but the app was giving me trouble so I just went in to order. Staff was helpful and friendly, coffee was good, and bagels and muffins were warm and tasty. Dining area was spacious even tho I got my order to go. It’s a great place to get some breakfast.
Employees need to be retrained to greet the customer, I have gone in here dozens of times and they almost never greet at the door, the register, or the pickup counter. While they seem nice enough, they really don't make it feel homey here.
