Do better Hendersonville Papa Johns! Pizza was burnt and after driving back to the store for a replacement my stuff crust wasn't stuffed.

Now that they use door dash instead of hiring drivers their service is terrible.. things always missing and not like the old days when you could call the restaurant and they’d send their driver back out. Now if you don’t get it you just don’t get it. Hate it because we love papa John’s pizza but will have to go back to pizza services who still hire their own drivers instead of thru a third party service .

My pepperchini was bitten in half! Disgusting I have never had an issue with this location until now! That's my last order!

Half of our pizzas are burnt with barely any sauce . It’s Friday and unfortunately I’m too exhausted to try to get a new order made. It’s already 7 pm. Their parking lot is hard to get around . I got stuck behind a lady checking her order and I couldn’t get to window by like a ft or go around. I didn’t want to be one of those laying on the horn people. It’s not easy to get and out of that location . But a 57$ order was awful

There was a dark haired girl with a bow in her hair cutting pizzas with her hair not put up. Personally I don’t like the risk of having hair in my food.

Papa John's has been my favorite for years. The Meats Pizza is my go to. Delicious!

Ordered pizza and garlic knots for delivery. They handed it off to Doordash and the driver drove around with my order for almost 40 minutes when I'm less than 3 miles from Papa Johns, passing my road twice only to arrive literally smelling like alcohol and stumbling with an incorrect order that was room temperature. Order Domino's folks.

Love ordering from this Papa Johns. There is a young man there named Christopher Lee, he is always so polite and is always working super hard. Love to support this kid- it's a plus that the pizza is always great!

I got my large 1 topping pepperoni pizza but it was missing the garlic sauce and the did not cut the pizza.

I found a hair in my pizza that was nasty. You all need to do a better job. Not going back.

I ordered a pizza and wings for carryout. The order was marked in the Papa Tracker as “Ready” by the store.

When I arrived, the order was not ready. It took ten minutes from the time the order was marked “Ready” until the order was actually ready.

It seems someone at the store is marking orders as “Ready” incorrectly, perhaps as a way to hit company benchmarks.

Then when I received my order, the person got my name wrong. I told her twice what my name is, and she had it wrong in her head. The box label literally had my name on it.

Suffice to say, this place could do with a good manager.

People here are clueless and they also need hearing aids probably glasses also they get nothing right. I’m not sure if they know their own name from now on I’m going to another pizza place.
