Been visiting Gallatin location for over a year, was closed this morning and headed to Hendersonville, wifi doesn't work. Out of white chocolate and baristas not very friendly. Unfortunate because really liked this place.

Discovered this place just outside of Nashville as I was traveling to Hendersonville for a work meeting. Ambiance/environment was a delight to sit down and get some work done, since my flight landed early. Staff was welcoming and friendly; the breakfast burrito was amazing. Most places skimp on filling towards the end of the burrito but I had a bite of the stuffing all the way to the end of the wrap. It was not overwhelming salty either, tasted perfect with just a dab of hot sauce. Will absolutely be back the next time I am in town!

The coffee was great, but the customer service was icy cold. No warmth, no greeting and no pleasantries. The baristas did the absolute least. I was the only customer inside, so they weren’t slammed or overwhelmed. I won’t be back.

I kindly asked about the WiFi twice because of the fact that wasn’t the name for it according to what was told to me and also that it wasn’t working. I wish the attitude of the workers were much nicer or more empathetic, they kept brushing me off.. I drove out of the way to have a nice coffee and to use WiFi for a school assignment…did not get that here.

Cafe is clean and well kept on the inside. Staff and friendly. And best part, is that the coffee is excellent! Latte has hints of chocolate in it even with no added flavours.
