Truly, one of the worst customer experiences ever. I walked in with three people behind the counter. I stood there for five minutes, and no one even acknowledged me. There were only two other customers in the shop. Apparently business is so good, you don’t need to even acknowledge a customer wanting to buy your goods and services Horrific!

I came to this place back when it was called Black Press and it was terrible. I decided to try it again this morning and my experience was equally as bad. They literally served me a frozen egg on a bagel. Never again.

Tried for the first time so maybe I got a bad one! But my Standard bagel sandwich is incredibly dry. I’m not sure why they heated it up with the cream cheese already on it but it feels so torched that it’s inedible.

Good atmosphere for a local coffee shop. The espresso is good, as are the pastries. They have decaf espresso and coffee which is a huge plus. They didn’t have regular sugar at the coffee station or utensils which I thought was odd. Plenty of seating.
