We love Black elm! It’s my go to coffee shop. My husband loves their matcha’s and I love the honey lavender lattes!

I like the coffee better here, but probably the slowest service for any other coffee shop which is a shame because I rather have Black Elm over others but don’t come often because it takes way too long.

I just ordered a house coffee, maybe it was a bad day but there was only one person it was super busy he was making sure that the drive-thru was attended to and there were maybe 7 or 8 people inside. As I paid attention to what was going on everything seemed to rushed. This was a day that they needed more than one person. The place itself is super nice on the inside Great Space to work to hang out etc.

This is a great cup of coffee. The staff is nice and genuine. The place is spotless. Great space to decompress or start your day.

Always enjoy my time at Black Elm in Hendersonville. It's a good place to chill, connect, or work. And they have some good seasonal drinks on the menu right now!

Really tired of this place honestly, I’ve gone here since they had their first location. It was on the other side of the road and every time I come it’s always some ordeal. My food’s messed up. It takes 20 minutes to get a burrito the barista are rude. I really enjoy their food and coffee, but it’s hard to enjoy it when things are never made right.

Great little cafe serving great espresso drinks with delicious pastries. Good seating area with several power strips when you run low on battery. The bench seat needs some repair but the leather sofa and chairs are pretty comfortable.

I go for the fresh beans, but they make a good cup of coffee too.

A new Coffee Cafe 2 mins from my 70yr old Sister's new digs and she absolutely LOVED her Mocha Latte and the Chocolate treat and our little SameeJo Angel thoroughly enjoyed his pupper cup ~ yummy 😋 Highly Recommend ☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️

We had been to one of the locations back when it was still Black Press Coffee Shop and we really liked it so we decided to give this location a try earlier this month. We ordered two cold brews, one with coconut and the other with dark chocolate, and both were very, very tasty and ones we would order again. We were a bit peckish so we also tried the homemade berry pop tart and that was fantastic and 100% something we'd order again in the future. This is a really nice coffee shop and we'd definitely come back again!

Best cold brew in the area! Gallatin/Hendersonville have needed a solid coffee shop for a very long time. Grateful for Black Elm's locations!
