If you are ever interested in what it would be like to live as a ghost, I can highly recommend this place. We were seated literally next to another couple, and were never acknowledged. A couple minutes later, another couple was seated in our section, and they were also greeted and had their drink orders taken within seconds. I was nervous that we had died on the way there, and that we just weren't aware of it yet. We got up, also unnoticed, walked to our car, went to Sam's, and discovered we were very much alive. So we ate there instead.

Our server Julianna was gracious and had a lot of fun information about the menu. The manager was also super helpful, super nice and extremely knowledgeable. Overall, we had a great night and a great dinner.

HORRIBLE service
We drove 1 hour to come to this place because where we live there isn’t any red Robbin and my son wanted to come here for his birthday we waited 20 min to be seated it was not organized everyone was running around I gave them grace due to it being busy. Yet we got seated and were NOT acknowledged or even attended the young lady took two other tables orders and they came after us and got attended way before us, she locked eyes with me and still ignored us. I’m very disappointed and we ended up leaving they clearly did not want to serve us. We took our money across to Buffalo Wild Wings and were greeted and served asap.

We called ahead to be courteous even though it was still two hours before they were supposed to close. They told us to come, but as soon as we sat down, the waitress said they were “trying to close” and that they had no tea or ice cream. When we walked in, chairs were already up on tables. (Two hours before closing, on a weekend, mind you.) If they had just been honest on the phone, all of this could have been avoided.
I quietly asked if they could do anything for my daughter’s birthday and was told no because they “don’t do that for kids.” When I said she was turning 17, that changed to “little kids.”
The food was a mess. Well-done burgers came out red inside. The hot honey chicken bites had almost no sauce because they “couldn’t find any.” The silverware had old food stuck to it, a drink had a hair in it, and the fries were cold and stale.
The manager said he’d take meals off and give us 50% off the rest, but he didn’t. He also told me I should’ve said something sooner, even though the food had just come out when I went to him. I’m not sure how I could’ve brought it up any earlier without a crystal ball.
The waitress kept reminding us she was “just the bartender” and it “wasn’t her section,” as if that excused everything.
We paid $250 and left hungry. The only reason we even took the food was because we felt we had to pay for it at that point. None of it was really edible.
The whole night was a mess, and we won’t be returning. To be clear: this wasn't about getting something for free. We were fully prepared to spend $400+ for at least the bare minimum and anything else would have been a bonus but we didn't even get close to that!

I ordered the sandwich that I always order and was shocked at how tiny the chicken was. Usually my sandwich is too big to finish. This one was all bun. I took two bites before I got a bite of chicken and it was very disappointing. The service was lacking. We waited for refills in drinks and sides. The manager never came around to check on us. This is NOT how I have EVER experienced Red Robin and I have been to MANY locations. I truly hope this was a fluke and not the new norm. I will say that given this experience I am in no hurry to return.

Been a long time since I’ve ate a Red Robin meal. Either my hands have gotten bigger or the burger has shrunk. Not a bad burger but for a gourmet price it’s just not worth the money. Luckily I got enough fries to make up the difference.

Arrived at 5:30, seated at 5:40 (in an empty restaurant), ordered at 6:00. My family member had to finally walk back towards the kitchen and flag someone down to ask them where our food was at 6:35 and if they could bring mine out first so I could at least take it to go. I left the restaurant at 6:52 to get back to work in time, food was delivered at 6:54. Waste of time and effort. Drinks were never refilled. Disappointed and embarrassed.

I got a Red burger meat so thin seems like 1/8”, grilled onions in clumps of hard onion.
I had Red Robin burger in TX and was thicker meat & better flavor. Onion rings flavor seemed to taste like from a frozen bag. Quality not what I expected!

My family orders frequently from Red Robin, using Door Dash for delivery. The food always arrives cold. Tonight, I ordered teriyaki chicken, I only ask for no tomato or mayo. It arrived cold, NO PINEAPPLE, soggy lettuce, with barely any teriyaki sauce. This happens all the time. They really need to triple check all orders including delivery orders to make sure they are correct. Very frustrating and disappointing. It will be quite awhile before we choose them again.

The server was not attentive, the kitchen was very slow, and the food was awful. We don't intend to to return.

Food was good. Service was good. Methods of all things were bad. Got half of my food, because they forgot the other half. Overcharged in the end. I do not think we will be coming back., after the person from the back came out and acted like we were stupid. I would've seen problems on the ticket prior to charges, had the waitress not picked up my card and tapped before I could see the ticket.

Bree took real good care of us. I loved my order of salmon with bottomless salad. My husband ordered the burger. Great service!

The coleslaw was bland, no taste. The burger was great. And i had lemonade, tasted very good and sweet. I think little pricey. On the other order garlic fries and the haystack burger and had water, delicious. Then i had the cinnamon sugar doh! rings. With caramel and fudge dipping sauce. Tasted very sweet. Yummy
