Food was good. Service was good. Methods of all things were bad. Got half of my food, because they forgot the other half. Overcharged in the end. I do not think we will be coming back., after the person from the back came out and acted like we were stupid. I would've seen problems on the ticket prior to charges, had the waitress not picked up my card and tapped before I could see the ticket.

Bree took real good care of us. I loved my order of salmon with bottomless salad. My husband ordered the burger. Great service!

The coleslaw was bland, no taste. The burger was great. And i had lemonade, tasted very good and sweet. I think little pricey. On the other order garlic fries and the haystack burger and had water, delicious. Then i had the cinnamon sugar doh! rings. With caramel and fudge dipping sauce. Tasted very sweet. Yummy

Save one time, RR has been providing pretty consistently great food and service. I was seated relatively quickly and asked for unsweet tea OR water to start my order. The young lady behind the ber then placed a glass of tea on the counter with a smile as I ordered a Banzai w/ Sweet Potato Fries. Soon as the test hit my lips, I knew it was sweet. I'm a passive person and it wasn't that serious but right then, I knew there was going to be a LOW tip added. So, then I grabbed the table tablet and went to playing pool while I wait for my burger. It arrived after a few minutes and was tasty but definitely not cooked to a medium and the first round of fries had definitely been sitting for awhile. Definitely not the greatest experience for a $28 burger. Not terrible but not more than OK.

Well… I can say I gave this place another try. Last week my daughter decided she wanted to go here and I figured why not? The restaurant and the atmosphere seemed very welcoming and I didn’t have a problem with the service. It wasn’t the best I ever had but pretty typical for today’s restaurants. The food on another note is a whole a different story. When a seven-year-old won’t even eat a simple cheese pizza that tells you you need a new recipe and ingredients (she’s not a picky eater either). I would’ve rather had a tombstone pizza than what she had. My burger looked good but that’s really it. The taste and quality of ingredients could be way better.

I absolutely hate having to write reviews but I’m going to be contacting red robins corporate on this matter. Let me first say that the manager didn’t even come out to apologize or offer a refund. But a little backstory I came in Monday night it was reasonably crowded but not crowded enough to where I couldnt find a seat at the bar. I ordered a regular hamburger after it took about seven minutes to get my server but she was extremely friendly. My food then took an additional 15 minutes to make but when it came out it was blood pink on the inside. It look like they had turned up the stove to the max to try to get burgers out quick but not realizing that the outside may burn quickly but the inside will still be undercooked,. After showing the server the extremely rare burger she handed it to the manager and the manager quickly sent it back and made a new burger. However I don’t know if this was out of desperation to not mess up my order again or what but my second burger came out as if the smoke alarm went off in the back. It was extremely burnt. I was already tired and just grateful to have a meal so I finished my meal but the manager never came out to formally apologize or offer any refund as my second burger was also almost not eatable. I also noticed that night a lot of orders were not being made correctly and everything looked rushed. In total my meal was over $26 for just a burger fries and drink and a subpar cleanliness environment. Now please don’t mistake my criticism for a lack of gratitude I had a meal and I was fed and my server was extremely nice but that’s all I can say. This is the second time in the past three months I’ve been here and I’ve had the same situation so I will no longer be going here.

I think this place loses quality with time. I went to do a doordash and the manager treated me very badly, I understand that the client canceled the order but I asked her to please answer the phone to Doordash to be able to continue with the cancellation of the order and she told me “We do not deal with Doordash” if they hire the doordash service they have to “deal” with them and with us the dashers. I haven’t eaten in that restaurant for 3 years because of the bad treatment of customers but honestly knowing that they treat everyone who goes to the place badly is deplorable.

The service was terrible. They forgot the spoons and forks, we had to get up to ask for them because the waitress ignored us.The bathrooms were dirty and they didn't have toilet paper. the food was regular. The good thing; the place is patient with children

didn't get his name but the guy wearing flannel with a beard delivered the best pickup experience ever. super nice, made sure I had everything I ordered, explained everything he handed me. great service, thank you.

My friend and I walked in and were greeted by the hostess looking at us and saying "give me a minute, I have so many tables to sit". She sat one table and then walked around cleaning tables and ignoring us. We waited 15 minutes without being acknowledged before giving up and leaving. She didn't take our name or greet us more than the initial rushed and rude interaction. Other workers were milling around and not doing anything to assist her. There were dozens of empty tables and yet this was how it went. They should get it together.
