Pricing. Been buying your pizza since your store was behind cash saver Great Pizza. Thin crust large supreme extra cheese. $21.85 carry out. Tonight I order it $26.20. That's a 20% increase when I ask what the deal is the man says that's the price and walks away when I look up the price on the website it's $19.00. I ask about again this time it's we have not updated our website yet. What gives? I am a very old customer you have great pizza yet I get no respect no explanation as to the jump in price.

I placed a delivery order and it was delivered via slice, a pizza delivery service, the person who delivered my food order left my order on my front porch! There was no call or knock on my door to notify that my order had arrived! It didn't take long for the furry critters and my winged friends to find and help themselves to my food! This review does not reflect the restaurant at all, the manager apologized, called the 3rd party delivery service and secured my refund and refilled my order! Very nice!

They are thieves and liars We had to call Slice and speak with customer service to receive a refund for extra toppings we paid for but were not put on the pizza. We ordered two XL pizzas. One was correct. The other one did not have the four extra toppings that we paid to have on the pizza. We called the store and were told we could have a store credit of $10 and the manager would call us. We only wanted a refund on our card because we decided to never return to this location. The manager said he called Slice and they e-mailed us a bogus $10 coupon. We tested it on their location and another location and it said invalid coupon code. We will not return to this location. They lost a valued customer because we spend at least $50 once a week. This occurred on 5/9/2023.

Came into Romas today and received the best customer service I’ve had in awhile! I ordered the Lasagna and A medium Pepperoni pizza. The restaurant was clean and neatly organized. The atmosphere was absolutely welcoming and could not have asked for a better experience. Definitely will be coming back! The young man in charge, Oday I believe is his name, was immensely professional and went above and beyond to ensure my order was correct. 10/10.

I try to order $49.00 worth of food for delivery. After it was 45 min. late I decided to call. After figuring out how to get threw on there phone and 3 calls later. I got a hold of some guy who informed me my order was canceled. I got no email or phone call. He informed me that I ordered threw Slice app and that it was not there problem. All I did was ordered food threw there website which is integrated with Slice. There phone message even directs you to use the Slice app. So either way I would have thought he would try to fix the issue. He just argued that I should have did a pickup order that delivery is threw Slice and its not on them to fix it. Its up to Slice. He only offers to have a manager call tomorrow. If it was my business I would have gotten in my car and delivered the food personally. I live like 3 miles away. So now I am out 49.00 until I get my refund which they informed me could take up to 48 hours. The worst part was this was 9:00pm at night so I had to rush around and order another delivery. Luckily they were glad to have my business an after hearing the issue I had at Roma they gave me 20% off. After the way I was treated I am glad the order was canceled. Only knows what a mess it would have been. Obviously they could care less about any aspect of there business. I will never order again from them and in my opinion if your website or phone tells you to use the Slice app or website that is very much a part of your business whether you like it or not. How can you put your screw up on me the customer and make me jump threw hoops to get my hard earned money back. Buyers please beware and Stay Away from this business. Good thing I had extra money otherwise my family may not have been able to eat tonight.

first time here, very disappointed. ordered a margarita pizza and it didn’t have fresh basil, it was the seasoning. cheese wasn’t mealty, it was hard as a rock and i ate it as soon as i got it. would not recommend for $20. will not be back
