Sam’s was one the first places I been to after moving from Chicago. Ian was my server and took great care of me it felt like home! He was very funny and very professional and made it comfortable for my fiancé and I. He was on top of everything and took care of what we needed right away! He has been my server the past several times I was there, and always enjoyed his company. The atmosphere was great and lively. I will always be coming back here! :)

We had the queso chorizo dip as an app. It had one piece of sausage and the queso seemed burned as it had an odd flavor. Most likely sitting in the water heater too long.I had the cajun pepperoni pizza. Honestly one of the most bland pizzas ive ever had. I'd have been better off getting a Digornos from kroger and asking them to bake it.My wife had the chicken tenders, fries and cole slaw. It was actually really good.Service was good. Different server came to the table each time so I'm guessing they were just really busy.I used to go to the sams bar and grill on the lake at old hickory and always had great food and drinks. Not sure whats going on with this location.

I’ve visited this restaurant serval times because of my exceptional experience. Ian was my server and went above and beyond to make sure my table was taken care of. I intentionally come back when he’s working. I told friends of mine to ask for him when they stop by because he’s very attentive and has a pleasant demeanor while serving. Food was great , good atmosphere for late nights with friends.
Have been here a few times late in the evening lately, and have subsequently added this into my regular spots to go for after work eats.Ian has been our server every time I've been there and always given us spectacular service, and even managed to remember names after just a visit or two. Probably my favorite late night spot for food lately

I don't know what it is about this business but whenever it's just a party of two we are always seated in the booth by the bathroom door. That particular sectiom seems to be given to the server Hayley every time I am there. Whenever she is my waitress it is always a terrible service. She is not attentive or friendly. Seems like all common sense gets through our the window with that one. No drinks were refilled when we are waiting for her to come her. Instead she looked at me and walked to a different table and then back to the kitchen and then another table then me. I understand working in the food business is hard but a customer shouldn't have to wait for refills, extra napkins and plates to due to sharing an appetizer. When I finally got the check and she didn't seems like she was ever going back to me table. I got up to pay going to either the bar or the hostess (another employee to pay the bill) because I didn't want to deal with her anymore. She then hunted me done and gave me attitude when I was still trying to pay the bill just not with her.

My family and I went to Sam's Sports Grill like we have done many times before. When we entered there was np hostess. Waited for 3-4 minutes before anyone arrived to seat us. Once seated we sat there for 12 minutes. I was aggravated and went towards the back to let a young lady know we have been here for a long time but no one has waited on us. She immediately looked at a young man and said " is that not your table?" He answered I'm so sorry, I never saw you. I then said " you walked by my table 4 times ad never even acknowledged me or my family. He apology and came to the table immediately. The service from that minute on was incredible. You could tell the young ma was doing everything he could to make it up to us. Overall we are still a big fan of this restaurant and will go back. We love the atmosphere, the food and the beer.Wheelchair accessibility: easy access
