Phenomenal! I am from Texas, where Shipleys started. I was soooo happy to find one here in Nashville! These other donut shops do not hold a candle to Shipleys! A warm glazed donut literally melts in your mouth! 🤤

Unfortunately you can taste the cheap ingredients in these donuts. Spent $27 just to come home and eat a donut that tasted like old oil. So disappointing. On the good end the Kolaches were pretty much decent.

Need to remove the plastic that separates the employees from the customers very impersonal. No one uses that anymore not even the Shipleys on Lebanon Road very hard to communicate. Donuts are good although sometimes the filled ones aren’t very full. huge difference in the amount you get from the Lebanon Road store

If you want some really good donuts, especially cinnamon rolls (😋 Yummm) go to Johnny's BEST DONUTS off New Shackle Island behind that other nasty donut chain store.

These donuts are delicious, but get there early before they sell out of your favorites. Multiple experiences say before 8am is best, especially on a Sunday. After 8, there will probably be a line (don’t worry, it moves fast), and they may have started selling out of popular items. They’re definitely good! Just plan ahead.
