Was doing a Uber Eats order for a customer. A bag was forgotten and I was worried it would be a situation where the customer was going to be out of luck. This location has gone downhill over the past few months. Fries aren’t fresh anymore, chicken cold, and the drinks from the drink machine are horrible every time. It sucks because I used to LOVE slim chickens but now I’m constantly left dissatisfied.

This place is trash if you visit anytime after 6:00 and get the night shift workers The food is always cold hard nasty and the chicken sandwich comes out with absolutely no breading and you'll be waiting in a parking spot for 10 minutes for them to bring it out,not sure what has happened here recently but now it is a dump, I suppose this is a 5 piece tender look how small they are. they should take the whole crew up to the Bowling Green Kentucky location and see how to properly run this business because I'd rather drive an hour up north then 30 minutes to Hendersonville to get trash food
