A decent smoothie King in Hendersonville TN.Stopped in for a quick healthy lunch.As per usual it's a small location with a few drinks and snacks to buy beside the ordering counter for smoothies.The staff were friendly and fast.

Staff always seem oddly distracted or dismissive (consistently for about a year of me going here). The smoothies are good but I actually kinda hate going in here. Some days its not bad but usually it's pay for an expensive smoothie, pay a tip to someone who doesn't really seem to want to be there, and go.

For me, a customer service aficionado, it all boils down to service first, product second, atmosphere third-That first one is a weight #1. Not being familiar with their impressive menu, I naturally had questions. Even before the line formed behind me, it wasn’t received well. And with an allergy to spirulina, I needed to know if it was in the fiber blend. Simple, yes? No. Unknown and “info unavailable even to employees “ Hmmm ?. After ordering and plunking down 11$ + a 20% tip-Undeserved-I found the info on the website. Btw, I did let her know, for the next customer who asks a stupid question like that. And fyi, it does NOT contain spirulina. Oh well next time…if there is one.

Best fast food option. Vegan Mango Kale is filling not too sweet. Our favorites are pineapple spinach, pineapple apple surf, mango fest, and Berry punch. Courtney is great and the manager always make sure you are satisfied she doesn’t have a problem remaking a drink. They have a good crew of staff.

I was delivering recently and happened to be a bit late to pick up an order. It was 9:12, and instead of any assistance one of the employees gave me a look of disgust- promptly shutting off the lights while doing so. Twice. I understand it was closed but I also know many stores keep orders a bit after doing so. I have a job just like these employees, and my ratings and pay are both affected by seemingly small issues like this.

Smoothie bowl wasnt even filled to the top, was barely half way full and somehow they made it look disgusting. Will never go back. Please train your staff.

Wouldn't be a "PROBLEM" if the total amount rung up actually reflected the price on your menu/price board!!! Rude and extremely unprofessional for you to raise your voice at a customer for your mistake. Try listening and hearing what the customer is saying Just saying...!
Been going here for years each time I’m like not coming back. Kids in here don’t want to work just play. Spent 30 minutes waiting then had to ask where my drink was. Not even made yet. Needs a adult in here.
