Made my whole order wrong 😑 am refuse to fix it till I said I’m putting in a bad review

The food is good but looks like they just told me no allow to used the restrooms no more is a inconvenience for people on trade like me that works and can used they facilitie to used restrooms or wash the hands before eating that’s a sad situation.

Please get some drink carries for your delivery drivers!

If I have multiple deliveries coming out of here with 3 or more drinks on them, then I'm out of luck! Because I have only 2 cupholders in my car. So, I guess I'll just hold the extra drinks in my hands and drive with my knees!

Seriously, why is it only this location that seems to have this problem? It absolutly contributes to this location's reputation as the lesser Sonic in the area.

To start off our server was amazing. Kind, let us know they were out of something we ordered. Awesome! But then I started eating. Obviously I’m not expecting fast food to be a culinary experience, but I wasn’t expecting to feel nauseous with every bite. The burger patty tasted like it had been microwaved 8 times, so I moved onto the chicken sandwich. Chicken breast looked like it had been run over, 3 slivers of shredded lettuce, 4 pickles stacked on top of each other and about a 1/3 cup of mayo. Like what bonsai plant made this sandwich. Very disappointing.

service is horrible, asked for condiments and was told we could only get 1 per car though i added 4 on my online order. got my food with a hair on it and manager was rude about replacing it - didn’t seem to care about our bad experience. will not be coming back.

Waited 22 minutes for 2 drinks.

I just tried to call to address the fact that I went there this afternoon about 12:00pm and my chicken sandwich was RAW! No one answered the phone though and the mailbox was full.

Tots were WAY overdone. To the point of uneatable. 😝

The service was rushed. Ordered a grilled cheese and a large drink and it was practically thrown in the car. The server kicked the door from the kitchen open. The grilled cheese was on regular stale bread. You could not see or taste the cheese there was so little on the sandwich. It was basically eating bread only.

This location continues to disappoint with the rude workers. I have avoided this particular location for over a year because of this issue, tried again today and disappointed again. Not sure at what point being rude to customers became normal, but New Shackle Island Road Sonic has held this title for at least the last five years. Management really needs to get this under control.

Waited at stall 22 for over 10 minutes after pressing the button for assistance, it seems someone answered and had put the mic down. We had time to order online as well as see someone who pulled in after us get assisted immediately. The young lady who came with our drinks did apologize and went to turn tue mic off.

Pretty Decent Sonic, food is always hot and fresh. But staff has a tendency to forget to add sauces even after requested.

2 weeks in a row I've ordered a strawberry slush and a lemon slush. Why they put lemon in the strawberry slush is beyond me. Thought it was just a mistake until it happened again.
