Simple 3 burger order had to be sent back 4 times. Ultimately they brought us bacon in a bag to make our own burger. The ‘Manager’ supposedly made the last try and it was still wrong. Got the wrong drink, missing tots and 2 of 3 burgers right. We waited for over an hour to almost get our order right.

Yes again The Sonic on New Shackel Road has dropped the Ball, Stopped by there yesterday after work, too tired to cook, orders double cheeseburger, Onion Rings and a med Coke, I get hope I have a Single Cheeseburger, Large Onion Rings and a Large Coke, and I Paid $13.00?plus tip for something that I didn’t order! The young lady on the intercom was very rude, Couldn’t understand what she was saying and she gets a smart attitude when I ask her to speak up. Why can’t they get it together? It’s my last time going to this location,
