The people who work here are absolute sweethearts. They work very hard and are always busy behind the counter and yet they’re conversational and friendly. It’s one of the rare places I feel like I can just sit and hang out without feeling like I’m a bother to the staff.

You don’t know who is going thru trials and tribulations and being kind does not take that much of an effort. Today is 11-21-2025 and I went thru roughly 755am… so thank you to whoever u are ❤️

Drinks taste different every time I go. Not sure what happened to this location as it used to be incredible. I’ve been going here for nearly 14 years. It really depends on who makes your drink. The best employees are the bearded guy, the redhead girl with glasses and a girl I believe her name is Miranda. They’ve been here a long time because I’ve seen them for years and they are always friendly u like the new hires and drinks are perfect. Not sure why it goes down hill every time they have a new manager which is way too often.

Never eaten there but used to go daily until a VERY horrible experience. All was good until the manager showed up. Let the employees go their jobs. You clearly change the environment from good to uh no I’m never going back there. Had it been my first experience I’d had done that and employees would have taken the blame. But I’ve seen the difference. It appears they are scared of the manager and can’t be their friendly selves when he’s there. So I’ll not boycott. Just yet
Great service! I wait 8 minutes before getting my mobile order. Instead of going in the drive thru and mobile ordering, I do it at home and then I go! I love waiting respectfully!

Pick up oder was wrong tell took ice no ice out with spoon all my strawberry in my drank gone this put some more in took out with the spoon when took the ice out
