Never eaten there but used to go daily until a VERY horrible experience. All was good until the manager showed up. Let the employees go their jobs. You clearly change the environment from good to uh no I’m never going back there. Had it been my first experience I’d had done that and employees would have taken the blame. But I’ve seen the difference. It appears they are scared of the manager and can’t be their friendly selves when he’s there. So I’ll not boycott. Just yet

On Thanksgiving around 11-11:30am I ordered a Viente Hot Matcha Latte at the drive thru. The girl speaking repeated my order incorrectly twice and was later able to correct it. When I pulled up to the window I was given a tall. I let the girl know so she could fix it but she rolled her eyes, later gave me the correct size, told me to have a great day, and closed the window. The drink was mostly hot oat milk. I didn’t want to leave a bad review but this experience was disappointing especially since I am usually offered great service at this location.
First off, this place does deserve a higher star rating. I've never had an issue other than having to ask for a drink carrier for multiple drinks. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars tonight is bc they got my order wrong. Unfortunately, I had already gotten home and some time had elapsed. Otherwise, I might have driven back to see if they would have rectified the mistake. The staff is great. The place is clean and the atmosphere is nice. Maybe,they would have

I can’t rate the atmosphere since I don’t go in. I’ve always had great service with a smile. The food is gd. Of course but on the morning of 8/28/24 I had to go into the hospital at 5am for a surgery. We stopped by to get my driver a drink. Kayle and Charles were working. They were helpful on our order questions and had a super peppy and kind. At 5AM!!! Thank you both for showing kindness and positivity. Kim J
