I was so excited to have a Starbucks in our Kroger and I always order a cappuccino when I shop. 70% of the time the plain cappuccino is disgusting. It’s never like this at the Target Starbucks or regular chains. It’s always two women and they are playing on their phones. I’d say it’s hit or miss going to this one.

Julia seems like a nice lady but you need someone who is faster and more efficient with knowledge of making drinks.Your scan doesn’t recognize QR from the Starbucks app.? Why?? Julia asked for my Starbucks account ID to input and in the process charged to my card on the app, which was extremely upsetting!!!!! Come people… get your $h¡+ together!!!!
Closed at 6:40 when I walked up and employees wouldn't even talk to us.

Waited at the register for over 5 minutes, and was never addressed by the employee Will. He was making a drink for the one person in front of us. I chalk this up to being under staffed and extremely poor customer service. If an employee is busy and needs time to address a customer, the employee should politely say, "I will be right with you." Will did not acknowledge us nor did he seem as if he knew what he was doing.

Overpriced mop water filtered through stale coffee. So bad you gotta ask for extra flavor to cover the bitterness. And dear god please don't buy their falsely advertised artisan sandwiches. They are truck stop quality microwaved death on a roll.
The lady was so rude , showed her my phone so she can scan my rewards but she said she doesn’t do it but turn around and scan the customer behind us. horrible customer service

Window shopping for coffee - Appreciating the Sbux team at my Indian Lake Sbux. Driving away another team member shouts an additional "Have a nice day!" ...How cool is that? Somehow the great coffee tastes even sweeter now. Thank you for being there and thx for keeping the internet on. It works great out here in the parking lot!! People could even have coffee dates in their cars while chatting on the phone!! Hmmm. ;)
