Come here if you want to be treated like an inconvenience. The girl making drinks slammed my drink on the counter so hard the garnish flew out of the top. What a wonderful human being to have interacting with the public.

Great service and friendly staff! Tried the potato egg bites and not a fan! They were tasty but I did not like the consistency of the potatoes. They were very meally and mushy.

The Glenbrook Way Starbucks in Hendersonville, TN was the worst experience i’ve had at any Starbucks. We are here on vacation and went through the drive through and they were extremely rude to my mother who told them our mobile order. They were upset we didn’t give them enough time when there was 1 other car in the drive through and it would have been the same amount of time if we were to order through the drive through any way. They also didn’t give us our deal for the July 10th reusable straw. Also I ordered a venti pink drink with cold foam and it was filled up 3/4 of the way full and looked like someone drank out of it already. Very disappointed with the service.

I quite literally just witnessed the blonde barista with pigtails grab a lemon loaf slice for the customer ahead of me in line from the display case. This wouldn't be crazy except the display case was literally filled with gnats. Like, 5 gnats, flying around, landing on the food, and she grabbed it and put it in a bag and served it. I overheard her say to someone else that she was stressed out, but alas, my mind is blown. I dont even know why I proceeded to order. My drink was good though.
I'm almost always coming through here either early in the morning or late at night. They always do a good job!

I’ve been stopping by this Starbucks location on my way to work for the last year and I can honestly say this is the most superior Starbucks location I have ever been to. The employees are so friendly, the wait times are insanely low, the food is always hot and fresh, and they never seem to be out of anything, which is so impressive especially with seasonal flavors, so kudos to whoever is doing their ordering! Keep up the great work, you guys make my day!
