Love this place and location but the last 3 times breakfast sandwiches were cold in the middle. Yuck. We will be going somewhere else soon. And I sense this is not just happening to me.

Poor service and bad attitude I never had a caramel macchiato taste like dirt before.. waited in line in the drive-through for nine minutes and 38 seconds to get a drink. It was almost like put her hand out no response no high give me the money so I gave them cash. I got my coffee and it’s dripping and sticky asked for napkins, and I got an attitude like pffff like here.. I should have thrown it through the window but that’s not me…
**They responded with a site that is “look what I can do” there is no way to contact or to explain in more details.. what a joke.. when you pay seven dollars for coffee and horrible customer service this is a joke response right???

Day service is great! Every time going in the evening it is incredibly slow! 5 minutes or more per car is ridiculous. Please get it together.

i’m only giving a 5 star rating because 99% of the time it is amazing. the workers i deal with on a daily basis have become very dear to me. unfortunately, in the early morning hours there is one lady who acts like someone has ruined her life. if you put an online order in and come within the suggested time of putting it in she scolds you. i work during the week and sometimes go there twice a day, but every time i come across her it makes me want to go somewhere else. again, i love everyone there and it’s an amazing atmosphere 99% of the time. but nobody wants their day to start with someone being rude to them over coming in the ALLOTTED time for their order. i work in food and specifically with online orders. you choose to be rude to people.

Lesson learned again while stopping at Indian Lake location in Hendersonville, TN. Before you leave drive through, check your order!! We ordered two different lunch sandwiches, received two of the same ones? Ordered two iced teas, got one iced tea and one iced tea/lemonade?
I’m disappointed that they are closing early on Saturday. Guess they lost my business.

Picked up an order & one of the workers was so unnecessarily rude to me? I was picking up an online order for food & drinks & my food was missing on the counter so I asked nicely about it & after telling them he just goes “What’s your name, I don’t even know who you are?”. How rude?? On Christmas Eve too. Some people would’ve caused a scene about something missing from an order & I was perfectly civil about it just to get that response. And then he just forced my bag down & walked away. I wasn’t even upset, just wanted my food. :( I’ve always had such a good experience at this location other than this too.

I try to never leave negative reviews, but every single time I’ve ordered at this location for the past year my coffee tastes like kinda sweet water? And I know it’s not my order because I frequent 2 different starbucks and my order always comes out right:( Customer service is good though!
