I recently moved back to area from Leesburg Florida. I was a regular there from roughly January of 2018 until March 2020. I was there between 2-4 nights out of the week. Because I worked across the road at Walmart. Also had the same little older gentleman as my waiter everytime I came in. He had my Dr Pepper on the table and my triple cheeseburger plain Large fries order put in the order system. Jay or Jayson he went by both. Amazing waiter of all times. But enough about the past. This time was just plain out disgusting. When you say a plain triple with cheese. I didn't want just meat and bun. I said cheese on it. The girl was not the smartest. About the fries. No one wants hairy fries. Dr. Pepper not root beer.. get someone who has knowledge. Please then I might return back to see you guys again

Food was great. The service was a bit lacking. The temperature in the restaurant was freezing cold. We had to keep our jackets on and we're still shivering.

I've never had a bad experience here. The food is hot and fresh and tastes great. The staff are very friendly. I do miss the pre pandemic Era when they had a host/hostess serving at the table, but I'm glad they didn't go out of business like so many others. Will definitely keep going there. I tried a steak frank with chili and the chili is just too runny and the frank a bit greasy for my liking. So I can't really recommend it. But, that's my personal taste, so I will not let that change my rating.

Food is good and the employees were doing a good job. Friendly and helpful. The 1 star is forhaving to scan a code to get a drink. It didn't work well. Myself and everyone else had difficulty. There was a lot of people and some were confused not knowing of the code who came up and filled their cup on someone else's code who just scanned it. That person then didn't get a drink. It slows things down. No communication about it. Many people threw the code away thinking it was a QR code to download the app for marketing. Not sure I will come back.
