Placed an online order with this store tonight. Got a notification that the food was ready. Went to pick up, the store voided our order. Refused to refund our money claiming we had to wait 48 hours for it to go back to my bank. They said when the order was voided there was nothing at all they can do. The manager was rude to my 15 year old daughter in the process. Asked for the owners number and was given a wrong number. These people are crooks and thieves. Stay away from this store hendersonville. Let's put them out of business.

I had a horrible experience at this subway. The manager was rude. They rejected my order but didn't say anything until after I went to try to pick up the order. They still charged me and I have to wait 48 hours for a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. MY APP PLACED THIS STORE AS MY STORE DUE TO A GLITCH, AND I TRIED CALLING IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED FOR 30 MINUTES TO CANCEL WITH NO RESPONSE. IT WAS A $12 ORDER, AND THEY REFUSE TO ISSUE A REFUND DUE TO THEM REFUSING TO ANSWER TO THE PHONES.I CALLED THE FIRST TIME FOR 30 MINUTES, THEN CONTINUED CALLING INTERMITTENTLY FOR THE REST OF THE NIGHT WITH NO RESPONSE. THEN FILLED THE FORM OUT ONLINE TO ISSUE A COMPLAINT, AND GOT A RESPONSE BACK SAYING THEY CANNOT ISSUE A REFUND.SO, IF THIS WAS A $100 ORDER, YOU'RE JUST OUT THAT MONEY.IT'S A SCAM. IF THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONES, THEN THEY PROFIT OFF YOUR MISHAP.THIEVES.

3 weeks ago I got unsweetened tea that was in a sweet tea container. The manager would not give me a free refill even thought they were at fault for putting unsweetened tea in a sweet container.Today, 9/12/23, I ordered a sandwich, when I got to check out the manager ask if I wanted to get a drink with that order. I said no. He said that he found it funny that I keep coming back into Subway when he said I told him I wouldn't come any more. I said that I said I would not order tea from Subway anymore He said he had the right to.refuse serving me and he didn't want me back in his store anymore.I think he is being ridiculous! He told me that I was banned from his store. He told his employees that they were not to serve me if I ever came in again. So that is that!All because of wanting this Subway to give me a free refill because they put non sweet tea in a sweet tea container and I had the nerve to ask for them to compensate.

I dont' recommend ordering their bacon. It was raw and pale in color. Visited this store around 12:00 today. Undercooked or not cooked at all is a sure way to end up in the hospital. Threw it in the trash.

The guy was so stoned that he first forgot to make our order! Then when he made it, I was so freaking wrong. We order two foot-longs, he gave us a 6 inch and chips. What kind of service is that ! Absolutely disappointed! Need to pay more attention to your paying customers!

So I always get the same thing. A foot long tuna. I always ask if there is fresh tuna when the tuna bowl is about empty. Tonight when I went in there was other food in the tuna bowl, so I asked if there was fresh tuna in the back, they said no, I said ok can you get the tuna under the food thats in the bowl. The man behind the counter stirred the bowl and proceeded to dish out my servings. The next guy to take my sandwich cooked my bacon but then he dumped the bacon back into the bane. I said thays alright just finish my sandwich please black olives only please. The experience was funny but not funny. I wasn't impressed by their service and do not recommend anyone to go in in the evening. Now I'm chewing thru onions and whatever else had been dropped in the tuna bowl! Yum

I would say the worst subway that is in operation order was wrong only one guy working and he could care less the owners of this place should be ashamed of this place took off his gloves and got the pizza while digging in his eye one star is too good for them

The food isn't the problem, the employees that feel comfortable enough to talk crap about other customers after they leave in front of customers is insane. This is on top of just being rude in general, i know you don't go to subway for exceptional customer service but it is just crazy because it makes me think what they do to online orders when you're not in front of their face after they've had a few "annoying" customers

Was great the first time. The second time I went at 8:10am Saturday and there was no one there. The store was closed and all the lights were off when it clearly states that the hours are that they open at 8am on Saturdays. It says this online as well as posted on their door.Don’t go for a breakfast sub or you’ll have to find somewhere else!

Decent sandwich, great employees unfortunately they as with all other subways were bought out by Indians same as they did our hotels and has stations in the 80s.Kid-friendliness: My child wants them to bring back the 5$ foot long
