Went here with my family and this is the first subway I have been to in a while that had fresh bread and had all of the ingredients fresh Mr. Akki was amazing he was so nice and had great customer service skills we will definitely be back to this subway 100% will recommend this subway to anyone.

I can’t believe this store is still open. They only have 1 employee and he never has the food done on time and he always has excuses as to why he’s out of stuff. Beyond poor restaurant. I would love to talk to corporate about this location.

Just avoid this place. Waited 30 minutes after my pickup time for food. Only guy working there was on his phone the whole time texting and not wearing gloves. Absolutely atrocious place

Place is always dirty, the guy running it doesn’t wash his hands after using the restroom. Apparently these folks franchise another subway in the area new new shackle and it’s bad too. Retailer employee dude always runs off leaving customers sitting and waiting. Only subway I’ve seen with a bell. Because he sits on his damn phone and doesn’t do anything till someone rings it. Also the bread is lightly seasoned compared to other subways and the quality of meat feels old. Go to the one inside circle k on the way to goodlettsville that’s the best one. Skip this one and get new management in this subway it sucks.

Hours of operation are wrong, etaff won't answer phone and store closed an hour early. Put in a pickup order online and get to the store to find they closed an hour early. Fix your hours online and on app.

Came in on 08.10.2023 to redeem a coupon for buy one footlong and a drink get one free. Cashier said that the coupon was unredeemable due to my order not matching the requirements. (Mind you, it’s says buy one footling and fountain drink, get one free). I asked how this was the case since the order present is exactly what was described. He said that he was new and did not know to redeem my coupon after all. After reading out the instructions to him, he redeemed a free drink coupon while on the phone with apparently another employee, or in fact the owner, I explained that this was not correct and he owed me the coupon back. He refused to give it back to me, said it was “redeemed” already. Also, the sandwich’s made were not made with the proper bread, and the fountain drinks station was not properly hooked up to receive the drink you would have wanted. It dispersed a mix instead of the code I chose. Will be putting in a request to be reimbursed for this experience.

This subway was horrible! My sandwich is so dry its disgusting. i ordered a number 10, (turkey, ham, bacon etc). when i go to pay i order 2 cookies. not only did the man NOT give me my 2$ change back, he also didn’t give me my cookies. then i get home to eat my sandwich AND THERES NO BACON OR TURKEY ON MY SANDWICH.

Depending on which store you visit will determine the service. The young kids really need to check themselves. The drakes creek location needs to be revamped. Can't say much about Walmart location. If I owned these stores, things would be different
