Outstanding experience at the Subway in Hendersonville, TN! The food was fresh, the restaurant spotless, and the service truly exceptional. The owner (wish I had gotten their name) went above and beyond—friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about great customer service. You can really feel the difference here. Highly recommend this location!

Don't order the footlong Dorito nachos at this location. The serving barely covered the bottom of the cardboard plate. I usually take pictures but for some reason I didn't this time. I ordered the beef nachos that MAY have contained 2 tablespoons of shredded beef in the dish. Very little onion and a few shreds of tomato. It's definitely not worth $5! Won't be going back to that location. Perhaps the server was a little too preoccupied with getting back to his cell phone.....

My wife and I walked in, looked up towards the kitchen and saw a little boy with a lady in the back as the little boy was scratching his backside. Nope. Walk in…walk out. Never again

I don’t know what happened to curtesy and customer service, but this business does not have neither they believe that they are entitled to for people to come and buy their food and if you like great if not go somewhere else. Can you remember IM NOT GETTING THE FOOD FOR FREE!! So have some curtesy. You are a human just like me. Not better then me

I guess I should’ve read reviews before I ordered for the third time from here. First two time I ordered it felt like my usual subway order was much lighter than when I order from other location. Now is the third time and I decided to open the sandwich and remove all the topping except for tuna. There was barely any tuna left after removing topping, maybe 1-2 scoops, definitely not 4 scoops. Not ordering from here ever again. Subway should do something about management and staff to fix this.

Seriously disappointed in this Subway for the second time. Did a mobile order for a Hot Shot Italian with yellow mustard and got chicken teriyaki meat (if you could call it that, there were only about 4 small pieces of meat) with the veggies I ordered, sweet teriyaki flavor and yellow mustard. Disgusting! We were not near any other food so I tried to eat it. Yuck! NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN.

Was just picking up a delivery order and had to run into the restroom. I let the employee know on my way in, and she neglected to inform me that there was no toilet paper or paper towels of any kind in the bathroom. I literally had to call the restaurant to ask her to bring toilet paper or napkins or literally anything, and she said well you’re in there so I can’t bring it to you. So I hobble over to the door, open it, and wait for several seconds, calling out with increasing volume at first, thinking, she couldn’t hear me, but then it became apparent that she was making no attempt whatsoever to even try to find/bring me anything I could use, but she couldn’t even be bothered to get up from her seat in the back to apparently argue with me about why she couldn’t or wouldn’t bring me anything. It was inexplicably and infuriatingly bizarre and gross. I have no idea what she expected me to do, but only after unintelligibly and nearly inaudibly arguing with me for at least a few minutes about why she couldn’t or wouldn’t bring me anything, did she finally bring me a handful of napkins and told me not to flush them (obviously), because the toilet’s already broken (no sign anywhere or anything). I’m completely flabbergasted. The whole interaction and situation was so bizarre and gross. I don’t know how this woman still has a job if she would choose to not inform a customer that the toilet is out of order and there’s no toilet paper or paper towels in the restroom, then refused to bring them anything to wipe with, after politely requested, and literally argue for several minutes with the person in the bathroom, all the while staying seated in the back where the person can’t even hear their explanation, even after it was explained that I could not understand what they were trying to tell me from so far away, and only after this lengthy and unnecessary/unknown argument about why they can’t be bothered or if they are out of toilet paper or whatever, very resentfully/unwillingly bring just a few napkins. I’m just completely baffled. Like, why? Just why. The whole thing was so unnecessary and weird.
