Was just picking up a delivery order and had to run into the restroom. I let the employee know on my way in, and she neglected to inform me that there was no toilet paper or paper towels of any kind in the bathroom. I literally had to call the restaurant to ask her to bring toilet paper or napkins or literally anything, and she said well you’re in there so I can’t bring it to you. So I hobble over to the door, open it, and wait for several seconds, calling out with increasing volume at first, thinking, she couldn’t hear me, but then it became apparent that she was making no attempt whatsoever to even try to find/bring me anything I could use, but she couldn’t even be bothered to get up from her seat in the back to apparently argue with me about why she couldn’t or wouldn’t bring me anything. It was inexplicably and infuriatingly bizarre and gross. I have no idea what she expected me to do, but only after unintelligibly and nearly inaudibly arguing with me for at least a few minutes about why she couldn’t or wouldn’t bring me anything, did she finally bring me a handful of napkins and told me not to flush them (obviously), because the toilet’s already broken (no sign anywhere or anything). I’m completely flabbergasted. The whole interaction and situation was so bizarre and gross. I don’t know how this woman still has a job if she would choose to not inform a customer that the toilet is out of order and there’s no toilet paper or paper towels in the restroom, then refused to bring them anything to wipe with, after politely requested, and literally argue for several minutes with the person in the bathroom, all the while staying seated in the back where the person can’t even hear their explanation, even after it was explained that I could not understand what they were trying to tell me from so far away, and only after this lengthy and unnecessary/unknown argument about why they can’t be bothered or if they are out of toilet paper or whatever, very resentfully/unwillingly bring just a few napkins. I’m just completely baffled. Like, why? Just why. The whole thing was so unnecessary and weird.

The manager the man that is always there literally screamed and hollered at me bc I brought my sandwich up there and showed him there was no sauce on it. I mean hollered vulgar words and screaming. Calling me a lier yet I had the sandwich right there. I have never ever seen anything like it

A Girl Has No Name

It's Sunday, 8/20/23, went to this subway at about 4pm, 1 female working only, 3 people already in line and I made the 4th person. As I was standing in line another 4 ppl came in. I got up to order to find out the girl barely could understand what I was saying and she also couldn't speak much English. I had to repeat myself several time with both 6 inch subs I got and she made the subs very sloppy too. Any other subway I have been to there is usually 2 ppl working and it definitely makes it go faster and easier on the employees too. This particular subway hasn't really ever been managed that great.

The little girl got mad because I told her that her sleeve was touching the bread I had to eat. I told her in a nice way. And she still got an attitude with me. The service suck the food was ok and the atmosphere suck. The floor was nasty the tables were nasty. I have not been to this location in years because of the attitudes from the workers. I went like 2 days ago and I will not be back to this location. Also it's the Subway on Nashville Pike next door to UPS pony express.

Worst customer service. On this day, the worker did not ask what vegetables if any I wanted on my sandwich and just put on what she wanted. I've been to Subways probably 1000x in my life (this location maybe 5 times)...never has my sandwich artist not asked which vegetables or dressings (if any) i wanted on my sandwich. When I inquired why she is putting particular vegetables and mayonnaise on my sandwich when i wasn't looking, she gave a tremendous attitude and said "this is how it comes." Her demeanor says "I hate my job and don't want to be here and hope my YouTube channel blows up soon so I can work from bed and not for my father."

The manager was very rude. She argued with me about using a coupon for a sandwich that I always use. Today they don’t take the $5.99 foot long coupon on their club sandwiches. Told me they were too expensive to use that coupon on but the sandwich was not excluded from the coupon. She would not give me any information to report this incident either. Told me the corporate number and website was on the receipt but it was not. I’m not happy with the service I received today and I will not be back.
