Horrible experience. They gave our food to someone in drive thru after waiting 40 min. Our order was incorrect once we received it. The employees thought all the mistakes were funny. We were there at 8p, wasn't really busy to be making these mistakes

Literally every time I order from this location they get the order wrong. They have NEVER ONCE remembered to give the drink cup without being told. I am literally fuming right now. I ordered a vegetable bowl with extra ingredients (rice, beans, plus chicken) but with no rice, and there is less in the bowl than if I had ordered without extras. And it is full of diced onions. Staff members had to have done this as a joke it is so bad. They can’t be THIS BAD at their jobs unintentionally. There are also two other customers eating inside right now as well who are not happy. I am by no means racist in any way, never have been. But I will disclose that the two African American staff members in sight right now are joking around, horseplaying far more than doing their jobs and it’s frustrating as heck right now having to eat this trash meal they made knowing that it could have been better had they FOCUSED and read the order instructions correctly. It’s frustrating to have paid $12 for this bowl after the extras, to have been made so incorrectly. 0 out of 5 stars for me. Wish I could rate less. ALWAYS THIS LOCATION. ALWAYS. ALWAYS. ALWAYS. Management and other staff…take note and do better.
