Went to this taco bell for a couple years now and never had issue. Went just the other day and when I opened my wrapper. It was clearly a ball of spit. Called the location and spoke to Erika, shift leader, denied it ever being a thing. In her words. It would never happened. She watched the line the whole time. Never saw anyone do anything like that. I sent the picture around to friends and family. All say spit. Area manager calls and acts just the same. Saying she never saw from cameras that anyone spit in my food. Nonsense. You're not gonna see that in some cheap indoor cameras.
My wife and I went in to eat in and grab a quick bite. We both ordered the bowls. After we got our meals, we found out that they had no utensils to eat with. They told us that they only had knives. We had to go over to Panda Express and ask for eating utensils and eat in our car, which I hate to do as it can get messy. We will never be back. The bowls had very little chicken and beans and so when I got home I had to pop in a quick freezer meal so I could fill up. Terrible experience all around.

They made my order incorrect and wouldn’t fix it OR refund. I can’t eat bacon, so I asked for it to be removed and paid extra for sauce that didn’t make it on my breakfast crunch either. I’m highly disappointed with this level of service! Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.
