Please, if you have elderly parents/grandparents/people in your life, do NOT visit this establishment! My grandmother uses a rollator and tires easily but still has lotsa spitfire to be over 80. When first walking in to add our name to the waitlist we were told FIVE minutes, first offense. When checking back after 19 minutes (as indicated by the fancy iPad) from the hostess we were told maybe another 10 minutes. Less than the time I walked back we got our text. We were prompted to wait in area 1. 9 minutes later and 5 other parties sat we started to go to our table. Center aisle means waiting for the dancing to stop. 3 minutes later got to our HIGH booth, a step up, almost impossible for someone who can stand/walk. I asked to speak to a manager immediately. I don’t know the name of the first “manager” I spoke with but, YIKES at the script she read. She asked as walking away if there was anything else that she could do, I jokingly said “free food”? She said “that will NOT be happening” might as well said over her dead body. The level of zero care was beyond. Should have left then and there. Three other problems dealt with by Sherry (who flat out wouldn’t look at me) including: they have ZERO drink vessels that a person with one usable arm can lift, meaning it’s “against the law” for booze to be in anything except HEAVY glass. Half straws that don’t reach the bottom of said heavy glass! It took Sherry being able to store away the rollator, not a single other employee offered! Grandma’s steak was burnt on ends and cold pink in middle, my pork chop was 30% straight fat, potatoes were rocks. I will warn everyone I know not to go that has any type of disability. I can’t even take my kid there with the noise level! Do NOT recommend!
Got on the wait list, drove 30 minutes to location, checked in via text when we got there and was told it was going to be another 10-15 minutes. Last time we did that, it turned out to be 20 minutes later. Need better time management.

Placed a pick up order at 4:35pm to be picked up at 6:30.
Responded to all texts received asking for the # packed in to have food brought to the vehicle.
At 6:49 initial text was received, responded immediately with the spot number. Twenty minutes later I called and spoke to the floor manager, Kerri? She stated they did not receive the text reply until 7:12pm...20 minutes....later...and that corporate was working on this issue the previous night and this day as well. She then with a very unprofessional and awkward pause to which I replied so I should just enjoy my $150 order and cold steak?
She said ok, thanks!
This call took place at 7:21pm, two customers pulled up and received their food before we finally received ours at 7:31pm.
There will be no next time. Not when the customer is spoken to as if it is their fault the restaurants system doesn't operate properly. Management needs to be retrained to offer re-cooked and properly prepared food for the customer when and or if this issue arises. Very unprofessional and not properly trained management.

Service was phenomenal. I ordered the large filet but was disappointed to find they gave me a sirloin cut and called it a butterfly cut filet minion.

I came in gave my name and phone number waited outside for an HOUR finally went in and they had no one waiting they said they messaged me 43 minutes ago I showed them my phone were I had no such text they looked it up and had the wrong number this is the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant I was going out to eat to celebrate 500 days sobriety the manager refused to offer us a discount acting like I gave her the wrong number on purpose to try and scam them into a discount this is the first time I've ever been to Texas Roadhouse and I will NEVER return this was terrible management and terrible employees to have a customer wait an hour outside if this is the way y'all treat your customers I'm shocked y'all are still in business I'm not sure there is anyway this place can rectify this outrageous mistreatment I will be telling everyone I know of this so that they do not have this horrific experience I have had tonight

Took my family out to eat for Christmas. Was told there was a 45 minute wait. Asked for our name and phone number. We waited and never received a text. I called and was told that there was no wait list. I went in and spoke to a manager. They typed the last number on our phone number incorrectly. We were told to have a nice night. I will never go to a Texas Roadhouse again.
