What a joke. I come here on my birthday TODAY. I was given a wait time of 35-45 mins. After 50 minutes they get us. We are sat at a VERY SMALL booth attached to a VERY SMALL table. Ideally, 3 would fit on that SMALL table. No one fits, but we utilize every little space we were given. THEN… the manager with the long dirty blonde hair (not sherry) comes up telling us we cannot use/sit at the edge of the table for fire safety reasons. I know that safety protocol, but why are we being sat with the extra chair there? BUT WHY DID YOU GIVE US A 7 TOP FOR AN 8 TOP???? We walked out and I’ll never set foot in that location again. Our server was so sweet and the other manager apologized relentlessly.

The food was okay but our server was very disrespectful, I believe his name was Cory. Very rude and just acted like he didn’t even want to take care of us. We also heard him say some very inappropriate things near the bar area while he was talking to another employee, will not be coming back if this is the kind of staff that they are employing.

I love TR but don’t order To-Go without checking everything before you leave. They didn’t give me the rolls. It was supposed to come with 4, I ordered and paid for extra rolls to make it a full dozen but didn’t get them. They also didn’t give me my regular butter. The receipt is correct, meaning I did pay for everything, I just didn’t get everything I ordered. I asked for a house salad as one of my sides on a steak order. However, my receipt says “NO SIDE” on my steak meal and instead they charged me full price for a salad.. so it should have only been .99 and i got charged like 4.99 for it. I didn’t notice until I already drove 30+ minutes home so I wasn’t able to get my order fixed or comped.

I've been wanting prime rib and I had read Texas Road House had good prime rib. The reviews were correct. The place was busy but we were seated promptly, our waitress came right away and often. The service was perfect. The food came much faster than I works have expected from a place that busy.
They were a well trained staff.
Everything tasted great. It is not the most convenient location for me but I will be back!

The barista team at Indian Lake Starbucks appreciates you all! Such a great environment, always attentive and kind, and the food is always great. Bubba especially is a superstar, fabulous and kind to everyone.

First bad experience here. Hope it is not a trend going forward. Salads were delivered to table before the appetizers. We asked the server to not bring the main course before we had time to eat the salads and appetizers but she said she had no control over that. She was correct as other servers brought out the hot main course. So here we are with one third of the appetizer eaten and half of the salad eaten and now we start on the main before it gets cold. We just packed it all up to take home so we could enjoy at leisure.

Front of the store is nasty. Front door area outside is dirty. Cigarette butts in the frint door entrance. Looks like never been swept. Makes you wonder about the kitchen. No one cleans the outside, trash , butts.

I went for my birthday dinner everything is always delicious n fresh my Waiter was fabulous I think his name was Adam he did amazing with everything 🥰

We always have great food here. Our server, Austin (Mr. Nagel?) was fabulous. He rocked every bit of the meal and service. We usually have good service, but he really treated us especially good. I always love my food from here. Sooooo good!

Texas Roadhouse is aways good. Streaks are quality cuts and cooked to perfection. The service is always top notch. I have visited them in several states and I have never been disappointed.

Food was awesome ! Drinks were very quenching ! Staff was good . Great hospitality. One thing that stood out that need to be addressed is the floors. It’s almost like they don’t have brooms to sweep the floors. Tables my friend and I was seated at had scrap of food still on it. I didn’t have a good vibe sitting there having to look at the nasty floors and cloth napkins under my feet under the table.

Only negative is the wait. But you can sign in online, which helps! The food is amazing and staff always seems to be super friendly.

Had to send my steak back . Ordered it medium well and it came extra well. The manager made sure it perfect. Texas roadhouse is always great. The staff and managers are awesome.
