I love Cupcake Collection and have been a customer since its beginning. The Hendersonville location is very nice and the customer service was great. I’ve never had a bad cupcake. It is such a treat to get their cupcakes.

The staff was amazing! They greeted us immediately upon walking in and they were very friendly and helpful. We got 14 cupcakes because we couldn’t decide which flavors we wanted and they all were delicious! The strawberry cheesecake and caramel were my faves! The service was quick and efficient! They had some great music playing! It was a great vibe! I will definitely be back

First time trying Hendersonville location and I will be back!! Caramel cupcake was delicious, didn’t even make it out of the car. Got pupcakes for the dog, she gave it a 10/10.

Person behind the counter was absolutely lovely. Prices make sense for the quality of the cupcakes. If you want cheap cupcakes, go to the grocery store. If you want cupcakes that don’t taste like plastic, go to cupcake collection. Sweet potato is my favorite, but each cupcake is wonderfully flavored, soft, and perfect.

Service was friendly and very helpful. Ordered a six-pack to get a sense of them. Overall, the frosting wasn’t overly sweet and the sweet potato was everything promised.

The strawberry champagne tasted like champagne. We also ordered coconut cream, strawberry lemonade, Jack and Coke, and Key Lime. We’ll taste those tomorrow.

We were a bit surprised by the price for rather smallish cupcakes. Other than that, a delightful experience.

First time stopping here I ordered keylime strawberry lemonade and the sweet potato cupcake.. keylime lacked flavor and was too sweet. The cake itself very moist just wish it had more keylime flavor.. Next the strawberry lemonade not sure what happened but I wasn't expecting to be crunching on egg shells very disappointed in this one lemonade flavor lacking. ...Last but not least the sweet potato was by far the best very moist flavorful. Didn't get the cashier name but she was nice ...Overall spent 12+ with a tip included was it worth No not for the one cupcake I enjoyed..

Honestly I won’t go back just because the girl at the front was so rude because i ordered a rum & coke cupcake and didn’t have my id on me. Customer service is helpful in those situations, and she obviously wasn’t trained.

I paid $22 for six cupcakes yesterday and they were all extremely dry. Icing is hard. Definitely won’t do that again. I miss Dulce de Leche in Edgehill. This is the second time I’ve tried Cupcake Collection and just don’t get the hype. Moving forward I’ll go with Publix. And I’m a cupcake snob. Just a flat out ripoff.

We were very thrilled they opened a store in Hendersonville as we used to live just about 15 minutes from the German Town store. Their cupcakes are amazing and moist and full of flavor.

Very disappointed in the service at cupcake collection in Hendersonville. Placed a valentine order from their ordering site that stated 12 cupcakes for 25 dollars. Made a special trip to Hendersonville to pick up order for valentine gift for grandchildren and was given 6 cupcakes. When showed staff the website they said it was a mistake and should have been only 6 cupcakes. No effort to make it correct. Not good customer service and lost a customer.
