There is a reason I always sit at the bar when I visit a Waffle House, so I can see how the food is handled and prepared. I watched the cook prepare 3 orders, including mine, at no point in time did this person change their gloves, even after throwing raw meat on the griddle. I have seen this in the past at other locations but at said locations the cook is always at least careful not to touch cooked food with their hands, they specifically handle cooked food with the spatchula(s) from grill to plate. Unfortunately, I saw this person handle cooked food with their hands after failing to change their gloves. Luckily the only thing that was handled was the bacon which I picked off before enjoying the rest of my meal. The staff was friendly just this instance of improper glove use/changing and seeing that person immediately handle cooked food after the fact drops what would have been a 4-5 star review to a 2.

On that particular day/time this WH food/service was bad......really bad. Long time fan of WH at this location. Not anymore. Last few visits at this location were awful. I'm done with you and I know WH doesn't care if I visit/eat there or not. WH is NOT what it was at one time. The worm is in everything.

Just wanted to say that I dine in every morning for breakfast at Waffle House. This store is actually the farthest from my home. I choose this store specifically because of the service. The staff treat me as if they’ve known me for years or I’m part of their group. The ladies remind me of home. I enjoy my mornings here and will be forever grateful for the kind words on hard days. Keep up the good work.

My new friends and I started meeting here for breakfast about 6months ago, almost every morning. The servers have watched us grow from friends to family. Each one of them greet us when we arrive and are truly happy to see us. They treat us like we matter. We are in the vicinity of about 3 stores and we choose this one as our favorite. The food is always great at all locations but this one is extra special. Thanks to Rae Autumn and Cindy for making us feel important.
Great example of what I come to expect from WH. Server was friendly and prompt. Food came quickly and was exactly what I wanted. Gave me all the feelings of comfort. Excellent job.
