Service was excellent! Hard to find in fast food restaurants today. Always enjoy the Baconator breakfast sandwich. They made us fresh and crispy potato wedges. I wished they sold the potato wedges all, not just for breakfast only.

This is honestly the worst service I’ve ever received in Hendersonville. The food itself is alright, if they can even manage to get it right. Every time I’ve come here they always manage to mess it up. Tonight’s lovely, and final, mistake was that the GRILLED chicken sandwich I ordered, I was sent fried. I asked for no tomato and to add pickle. There was no pickle with a fat piece of tomato. I’m very glad I checked first cause I’m allergic to tomato’s. I asked for unsalted fries and was sent with old, very salty fries. The potato wasn’t even fully cooked. The ranch wasn’t in the bag like I asked and the chicken is hold and hard. Everytime I go here the young drive through lady is always weird and makes me and my friend super uncomfortable. The management here is useless, any time you talk to them their rude short and don’t care. The owners need to fire the entire building and restart. The I believe gm of the store Melinda is useless.

I was in tonight and the cashier at the front was very rude and condescending. She slammed down a chili at an elderly gentleman which is a shame . Amber was the cashier on duty and she needs to clean up her attitude if she is going to work with the public . Please counsel her on her attitude . Fast food and customer service is a fast paced environment, not everyone is cut out to work in this field .

I love Wendy's and have never had a problem with this restaurant until today. I order on the app. The app says pull up to the drive thru and tell then you have a mobile order. So I pull up to the drive thru. The lady tells me to drive back around and wait in line again. We have been waiting for 1 hr and 15 min. For a cheeseburger. This service is horrible and all these people need to be retrained.

Parking: Hard to access location but that's not the company's fault. That's the city's fault for not limiting city growth and causing mass traffic throughout the whole city.

As soon as my husband and I pulled up to the window, we noticed multiple females with long hair in ponytails. My husband who works in hospitality even said that they should tuck it under their hats or wear hairnets.

Sure enough... There was a hair not only on MY fries, but also in my husband's chicken sandwich. So nasty.

I ordered through Uber Eats. I received someone else’s order. I took that order to Wendy’s in Hendersonville where it originated. I was standing in line when the manager came out for another reason but did ask what the issue was. My food was on the counter and I had to ask how long it had been there because the ice in the drinks was melted. After I asked, she finally said that she was going to remake it. It had been sitting there an hour, her words. After I waited another 20 minutes I asked the young lady at the front register if the order was almost ready, she wouldn’t even look at me, said that they were backed up, and walked off. Every employee had AirPods in their ears and the cook was watching a movie on his phone while cooking. Obviously the customers were not a priority. After about another 15 minutes I got my food. Where did customer service go, not to Wendy’s in Hendersonville!
