The service was amazing. The only issue i have is when I asked for unsweet tea, I was told they dont sell it. Me being diabetic, I did splurge on a burger and I do it a couple times a month. However the guy at the window was a delight to talk to

Ordered fries instead of hash browns with my breakfast on a bun meal and I guess they thought OLD, NASTY, COLD, CARDBOARD tasting fries would be okay to serve someone. Totally disappointing. You can look at the fries and see they aren't fresh! No idea why they would serve something like this. Unfortunately I could not leave work to go and get a full refund. Nice looking building, but that's about it!!!

Only customer at 730 in the morning, 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. Received a rock hard biscuit. Slowest Whataburger in the country. Avoid.

If u want your food to be made right with no issues, don’t come to this place!! They can’t make a burger right even if they ask you to repeat yourself 5 times. And when u ask for extra tops such as bacon, they literally put one piece on your burger! Don’t get me wrong the food is good, but when it’s made properly. I’ve been here several times and every time it’s made wrong or with literally on slice of bacon or one of whatever topping you get. Absolutely ridiculous.

We are at the hospital and my fiance just got out of ICU. I door dashed Whataburger for over $50 that was a door dash gift card to support us in the hospital. I ordered a whataburger meal with both cheeses and only got one cheese and I ordered a Whatachicken meal with both cheeses and I got NO CHICKEN on my chicken sandwich. It is 1 cheese mayo, lettuce and tomatoes! NO CHICKEN! I called the store and I told the employeel who answered the phone... she got silent, then chuckled, then said hang on and left me on hold for 7 MINUTES before I hung up!! When I called back no one will answer!!!! HORRIBLE service!!!! Im from Texas where Whataburger started and my daughter is an Operating Partner for a Whataburger and can assure you they don't pull this crap!!! Might want to check your franchise!!! Dealing with a whole life event! I told her we were at the hospital and she couldn't even give me the courtesy to apologize and try to make it right! You have lost my business! I will go to Gallatin or Madison even it is farther! IF I even do that! SMH!!!!!! And they forgot my jalapeno!!!

Just because, circumstances, I almost always eat from this Whataburger at like 4 in the morning. Everything is always Super Fresh and generally speaking very quick. I really love those 4:00 a.m. guys!
