This has been a staple restaurant for my family and I since it opened, but it has recently gone down hill. Charging for extra sauces, rotten lettuce in salads, messy dining room, and having to repeatedly ask for basic condiments, like ketchup, because they are so stingy. Will avoid this location from now on.

My family absolutely loves eating at Zaxby's! This is 1 of our top picks when we are choosing a place to eat out :) My mom and brother always share the Cobb Salad because the salads are big enough to share plus they always have enough left over for my brother to take for lunch the next day and that's what I call a good salad! I usually get the sauced boneless chicken wings sauced in the honey barbecue sauce which I love but this time I tried getting the spicy sweet barbecue sauce and I personally didn't think it was spicy at all. So I prob won't be getting that sauce again. But I got my other favorite side item which is the fried pickles! I don't think you can get any better than what they do at a restaurant! Perfect size pickle and they are actually crispy and I don't usually eat them when they go get them bcz they eat much earlier than I do so I just put everything in the air fryer and it warms and crisps it all up! Actually even a little bit crispier than it was originally. But we always go through the drive thru and our food is always hot never cold and the employees are always super sweet and they're always giving my frenchie dog treats which he knows this now so he's always hanging out the window waiting to lick all over them with love! I really couldn't ask for a better restaurant experience!

Food was delicious! Tenders was smaller than I expected, I got the 7 tender meal with double fries with toast everything was fresh and didn’t disappoint me!

I'm only making this comment because I literally could not find the location! I'm only visiting the area for a week, so that could be why I couldn't see it, but for some reason my maps were taking me to a church. I unfortunately gave up looking and went somewhere else to eat.

The last 3 times I’ve gotten a salad it’s got several pieces of old/dark/slimy lettuce. Not the quality it used to be.

Messed up several orders in drive thru, delayed everyone, and instead of remaking my salad, they just took their fingers and pulled out the cucumbers... still leaving chunks in there. Also some wilty lettuce. Can't wait for Chick-fil-A to open here!

If you order online and you want sauce, make sure you remember to press the button and not ask at the window because the little girls there will rudely remind you and laugh hysterically. Never thought it was that serious over sauce but I guess that 30 cents is REALLY important.

Didn’t even sauce my wings with the Tonge Torch sauce requested. I actually would’ve been okay with any sauce. I wouldn’t do a review if this was the first time they screwed up. After the 3rd time it’s necessary. I’ll try to enjoy my overpriced dry bullshit food. Zaxby’s sucks

They got my salad wrong, and I did not have time to go back and get it corrected. It was my first time at this Zaxby's in or near Hendersonville, TN. My salad was probably $3-4 more expensive than the same salad costs me in Springfield, TN, and they couldn't even get it right.
