Didn’t even sauce my wings with the Tonge Torch sauce requested. I actually would’ve been okay with any sauce. I wouldn’t do a review if this was the first time they screwed up. After the 3rd time it’s necessary. I’ll try to enjoy my overpriced dry bullshit food. Zaxby’s sucks

They got my salad wrong, and I did not have time to go back and get it corrected. It was my first time at this Zaxby's in or near Hendersonville, TN. My salad was probably $3-4 more expensive than the same salad costs me in Springfield, TN, and they couldn't even get it right.

I went through the drive thru today, the cashier at the window let the dog lick all over her hands while we watch, we pulled up she never washed her hands and the manager was right there and I have a dog and I have worked fast food and I got a wing and things traditional and one of my wings was a half of a chicken tender I guess

Food is always on point. Those salads are my fav, and the chicken nibblers are so yum.Service depends. Lately I've been met with some ugly attitudes and snarkyness. So hope that changes. Other than that my favoriteeeeee place.
