I went through the drive thru today, the cashier at the window let the dog lick all over her hands while we watch, we pulled up she never washed her hands and the manager was right there and I have a dog and I have worked fast food and I got a wing and things traditional and one of my wings was a half of a chicken tender I guess

Food is always on point. Those salads are my fav, and the chicken nibblers are so yum.Service depends. Lately I've been met with some ugly attitudes and snarkyness. So hope that changes. Avsolutely the sweetest staff! I go by here on my way home from work every now and then to pick up dinner. I usually order the 4 piece chicken finger plate with a double order of fries. Pretty fast drive-thru service, food is great, but staff member Nia was absolutely so friendly, sweet, and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! I wanted to say thank you for your kindness and amazing customer service! I will definitely go back!

The Chicken Philly they have right now is really good. I would suggest having it made with grilled chicken and not fried. All together with drink and Fries was only $7.15 tax and all.

Food was good but the workers gave me barley any food and this meal was 13
Not as good food or service as it use to be here in Hendersonville Tn. I ordered through the app on my phone and went to pick it up through the drive-thru and was told to come in. I thought maybe my food wasn’t ready yet so I went in. My order was sitting on the counter. They were too “Lazy” to hand it to me through the drive-thru. It should not had been a big deal!

Staff was nice enough, and helpful in telling me the differences between the sandwiches. The signature sandwich came with lettuce. It was chopped up lettuce soaked in mayo. Was I wrong to expect fresh torn lettuce? The Texas toast that came with the salad tasted like Texas cardboard. In the bread world, Texas toast is near the top of bread hierarchy. Not here! It was so bad, that I would have been happier with a slice of plain white bread. Won't be back.
