Stopped by for a quick dinner. Selection of protein, vegetables, and starch were adequate. Atmosphere was almost nonexistent, like the dining area was an afterthought. The flavor was alright, but for that price point, I would expect something more.
I come to the hermitage location often on weekdays and always, and I mean always has been amazing. I came on a weekend and this may be the worst it’s ever been. Nothing but gristle in the chicken and steak tonight, also the sausage seems as if it was just placed in the bowl and not cooked like before.

On the customer bowl-building side: Using tongs works okay, but it would be much easier
if the restaurant provided disposable plastic gloves for customers to use when adding their own protein, veggies, and mixing spices. Gloves let you toss and mix everything more evenly...
