Absolute the best taco truck in Nashville. 5 Stars for Food Quality, Menu Creativity, and Authenticity. I am addicted to the Barbacoa Tacos, add Avocado, with a side of Consommé. This little taco truck is exceptional! The only reason for the "Atmosphere" rating is because you've most likely passed it a hundred times and never thought twice. Pollo Ala Plancha, Birria and Shrimp tacos (the consume is incredible), and an adobo half chicken that'll make you sweat! The chicken enchiladas are awesome too, this place has everything except chips and salsa with some queso.
It’s alright. It used to be better, but something must have changed. I recently ordered the steak torta. I was disappointed when I saw they used ground beef instead and it wasn’t seasoned. The green salsa (which is normally my favourite) tasted watered down and one of them had obviously gone bad. The container had air in it and when I opened it—it smelled rancid. The horchata was ok. Overall I’m disappointed.
